La senadora nacional peronista Carolina Mois\u00e9s dijo anoche que en la Argentina \u201cno puede haber una ficha limpia con una Justicia sucia, parcial y politizada\u201d. Fue un encendido discurso en la sesi\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara alta, donde se rechaz\u00f3 el proyecto que, seg\u00fan se\u00f1al\u00f3, profundizar\u00eda lo que ya pasa en el pa\u00eds \u201cdonde hay un problema de judicializaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica y de politizaci\u00f3n de la Justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para la legisladora, \u201cla ficha limpia es una estafa: los delincuentes que manejan el poder real jam\u00e1s tendr\u00e1n una sentencia, mientras se esconden detr\u00e1s de un eslogan o un juez; es un proyecto que le da m\u00e1s discrecionalidad a los jueces para que act\u00faen dentro del sistema pol\u00edtico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cQueremos convertir a los jueces en actores pol\u00edticos?\u201d, se pregunt\u00f3 para luego afirmar que la iniciativa \u201cmultiplica la corrupci\u00f3n en un sistema que est\u00e1 enfermo donde muchas veces las sentencias se dictan por tel\u00e9fono y las causas se apuran por la presi\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras ese diagn\u00f3stico, la legisladora sampedre\u00f1a consider\u00f3 que \u201ccomo Congreso tenemos la responsabilidad de fortalecer la democracia pero la estamos debilitando permitiendo que los jueces puedan intervenir en quienes pueden ser candidatos o en la inhabilitaci\u00f3n de quienes pueden tener causas en proceso pero no condenas firmes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para Mois\u00e9s, \u201cel filtro moral se atraviesa a trav\u00e9s del pueblo y del voto. Qui\u00e9n dice que los jueces est\u00e1n limpios?\u201d, plante\u00f3 segura de que \u201cel sistema se pervierte cada vez m\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LA \u00abFICHA LIMPIA JUJE\u00d1A<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abMois\u00e9s introdujo tambi\u00e9n la tan nefasta como emblem\u00e1tica experiencia juje\u00f1a en materia de ficha limpia bajo el dominio del por entonces gobernador Gerardo Morales, siendo la provincia uno de los 9 estados en los que se aplica en el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn gobernador corrupto, radical, presidente del partido radical a nivel nacional, que apenas asumi\u00f3, ampli\u00f3 los jueces de la Corte y su propia Legislatura vot\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de esos jueces y, quienes levantaron las manos como diputados, 48 horas despu\u00e9s estaban firmando sentencias como jueces, creando el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Acusaci\u00f3n, que se transform\u00f3 en el brazo ejecutor de la injusticia\u201d, resumi\u00f3. \u201cPrimero persiguieron dirigentes pol\u00edticos, sindicales y dirigentes sociales. \u00bfY saben hasta d\u00f3nde lleg\u00f3? Hasta el acoso desde el Ministerio P\u00fablico fiscal de cualquiera que piense diferente en mi provincia\u201d, describi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDesde ah\u00ed se armaron causas penales, se inventaron pruebas para sostener esas causas, se instaur\u00f3 el miedo generalizado ante cualquiera que piense distinto. Y ni se les ocurra ser candidatos. Ni se les ocurra hacer candidatos en contra del Emperador. Porque ah\u00ed nom\u00e1s te inventan una causa o te aprietan\u201d, exclam\u00f3 Mois\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La legisladora sostuvo que en Jujuy \u201cse corrompi\u00f3 totalmente el ejercicio de la Justicia, llegando a dar \u00f3rdenes telef\u00f3nicas a los fiscales para meter presos a cualquiera, extorsionar a los propios jueces que no cumplan la voluntad del Emperador\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por caso, mencion\u00f3 otros dos \u00faltimos ejemplos: El del intendente de San Pedro que le dio la orden a un fiscal para que meta preso a un jugador de f\u00fatbol que le dio un codazo en un partido a su hijo, que tambi\u00e9n es funcionario en el gobierno provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y el otro caso, cuando Morales, dijo Mois\u00e9s, \u201cdio la orden de meter preso a dos tuiteros, \u201ca dos personas comunes y corrientes que lo \u00fanico que hicieron fue poner una broma en Twitter y todo el pa\u00eds se enter\u00f3, transformando un chusmer\u00edo de peluquer\u00eda en una causa penal. Estuvieron un mes presos, entonces, esto es la ficha limpia en mi provincia!\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPorque lamentablemente 4 \u00f3 5 son due\u00f1os de Jujuy, 4 \u00f3 5 son due\u00f1os del Poder Judicial, del Poder Legislativo y del Poder Ejecutivo. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo vamos a votar ficha limpia cuando 4 \u00f3 5 quieren ser due\u00f1os del Argentina?\u201d, concluy\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n
