Un Nuevo Rumbo para Perico.Rub\u00e9n Mercado se presenta como un candidato comprometido con la renovaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de Perico. \u00abEs tiempo de que ustedes, el ciudadano, puedan decir este 11 de mayo queremos gente nueva, comprometida que trabaje\u00bb, afirma con convicci\u00f3n.<br>Su experiencia de un a\u00f1o como Secretario Parlamentario en el Concejo Deliberante le ha permitido observar de cerca las \u00abfalencias y virtudes\u00bb del organismo. Mercado reconoce la necesidad de un cambio generacional en la pol\u00edtica de Perico y considera que \u00abel Concejo Deliberante necesita una nueva generaci\u00f3n\u00bb. \u00abGeneracionalmente ya tiene que estar otra generaci\u00f3n dentro del Concejo Deliberante\u00bb, explica.<br>Rub\u00e9n Mercado se compromete a trabajar por las necesidades de la comunidad, reconociendo que \u00abhay much\u00edsima necesidad que hay que transformar, ya sea dentro del Concejo, ya sea en proyectos de comunicaci\u00f3n o en proyectos de ordenanza\u00bb. Entre sus principales objetivos como concejal, destaca la reforma de la Carta Org\u00e1nica del Concejo Deliberante, una herramienta que considera obsoleta. \u00abNecesitamos urgente una reforma de nuestra carta org\u00e1nica\u00bb, afirma.<br>Adem\u00e1s, analiz\u00f3 el v\u00ednculo que tiene que tener el Poder Legislativo con el Ejecutivo y sostuvo que, \u201cEh notado que el Concejo, la mayor\u00eda de los concejales han estado muy sumiso al Ejecutivo, y esa sumisi\u00f3n no concuerda, hace que nos hagamos m\u00e1s vagos, el no poder debatir\u201d Sosteniendo as\u00ed que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los partidos, ideolog\u00eda y pensamientos se debe debatir y analizar cualquier proyecto del sector pol\u00edtico que sea. \u201cDecirles a los concejales que est\u00e1n, que hay que trabajar\u201d sentenci\u00f3 Mercado.<br>Mercado se presenta como un candidato que escucha y acompa\u00f1a a los vecinos, destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s la importancia del trabajo social en la comunidad, especialmente en el \u00e1mbito deportivo y recreativo.<br>\u00abEl estado est\u00e1 ausente en todo sentido en la parte del acompa\u00f1amiento al profe que se dedica semanalmente una o dos horas de su vida a la educaci\u00f3n a muchos ni\u00f1os de nuestra comunidad as\u00ed que, mi saludo y desde ya, mi pleno acompa\u00f1amiento\u00bb.<br>Mercado busca \u00abcambiar esta generaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, esta nueva manera de hacer pol\u00edtica y que mejor dando ese voto de confianza a la lista 508 del Frente Somos M\u00e1s\u00bb.
