Mar\u00eda Garz\u00f3n, directora del Hospital Arturo Zabala, y la Dra. Sandra Quintos, Directora provincial de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de la Salud (APS). \u00abA pesar de la lluvia y el fresco, la convocatoria fue masiva, la gente dijo s\u00ed a la llegada del Ministerio de Salud\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 la Dra. Garz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operativo ofreci\u00f3 una amplia gama de servicios, incluyendo atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica general, pediatr\u00eda, odontolog\u00eda, ginecolog\u00eda (con colocaci\u00f3n de DIU e implantes, ecograf\u00edas y controles perinatales), oftalmolog\u00eda y mamograf\u00edas con derivaciones al hospital. \u00abEl despliegue es grande, no solo en salud, sino tambi\u00e9n en log\u00edstica, gracias al apoyo del municipio\u00bb, destac\u00f3 la Dra. Garz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Dra. Quintos resalt\u00f3 la alta demanda de oftalmolog\u00eda, una especialidad que se ofrecer\u00e1 durante tres d\u00edas. \u00abLas principales demandas son oftalmolog\u00eda, ginecolog\u00eda y pediatr\u00eda\u00bb, explic\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, se coordinaron turnos con Salud Escolar para realizar evaluaciones de screening en ni\u00f1os de primer y sexto grado, con derivaciones a oftalmolog\u00eda seg\u00fan sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa respuesta de los padres para llevar a sus hijos a los controles de salud ha sido muy importante, especialmente considerando el reciente inicio de clases\u00bb, coment\u00f3 la Dra. Quintos. Se inst\u00f3 a los padres a cumplir con las derivaciones a odontolog\u00eda, oftalmolog\u00eda y nutrici\u00f3n, seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Hospital Arturo Zabala contin\u00faa brindando atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica integral durante todo el a\u00f1o, las 24 horas del d\u00eda. \u00abEn el \u00faltimo mes se implement\u00f3 el acceso a turnos por WhatsApp, reduciendo las colas considerablemente\u00bb, inform\u00f3 la Dra. Garz\u00f3n. Se trabaja en la reprogramaci\u00f3n de turnos y en la entrega de turnos de interconsulta para optimizar la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Dra. Quintos destac\u00f3 la importancia del trabajo en red, incluyendo los 17 puestos de salud con equipos interdisciplinarios que atienden a la poblaci\u00f3n los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o. \u00abPara facilitar la obtenci\u00f3n de certificados de salud escolar, se puede realizar la ficha en cualquier CAPS del \u00e1rea program\u00e1tica n\u00famero 6, sin necesidad de concurrir al hospital\u00bb, anunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operativo en el Barrio 8 de Diciembre forma parte de la estrategia del Ministerio de Salud de descentralizar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y acercarse a la comunidad. \u00abEl contacto directo con la gente y su realidad permite comprender las particularidades y necesidades de cada lugar\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la Dra. Garz\u00f3n. Ambas doctoras coincidieron en la importancia de brindar atenci\u00f3n con la misma calidad que en los hospitales y puestos de salud, mostrando empat\u00eda y disposici\u00f3n para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n. \u00abQueremos estar al lado de la gente, sentir lo que siente la gente\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 la Dra. Quintos.
