{"id":607,"date":"2025-03-11T21:59:03","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T00:59:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=607"},"modified":"2025-03-11T21:59:05","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T00:59:05","slug":"reves-judicial-al-nuevo-intento-de-carolina-moises-para-judicializar-el-pj-de-jujuy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2025\/03\/11\/reves-judicial-al-nuevo-intento-de-carolina-moises-para-judicializar-el-pj-de-jujuy\/","title":{"rendered":"Rev\u00e9s judicial al nuevo intento de Carolina Mois\u00e9s para judicializar el PJ de Jujuy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El Juzgado Federal N\u00b0 1 rechaz\u00f3 la medida cautelar presentada por la agrupaci\u00f3n que encabeza la senadora nacional con el objeto de evitar que el Partido Justicialista de Jujuy presente alianzas de cara a las elecciones provinciales del 11 de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un nuevo intento de judicializar la vida partidaria del PJ de Jujuy, la agrupaci\u00f3n Generaci\u00f3n Valiente present\u00f3 una medida cautelar con el objeto de interferir en la decisi\u00f3n de los distintos sectores justicialistas de participar de manera democr\u00e1tica y con un amplio consens\u00f3 de los comicios establecidos para el mes de mayo.<br>Con su decisi\u00f3n, el Juez federal Esteban Eduardo Hansen evita que el Poder Judicial se inmiscuya en la decisi\u00f3n de los distintos sectores que conforman el peronismo local, garantizando as\u00ed la plena participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el PJ explicaron que \u201cesto es una nueva muestra de desesperaci\u00f3n de un sector que solo responde a los caprichos de una persona, entendemos que la mejor forma de buscar soluciones a la terrible situaci\u00f3n de ajuste que estamos atravesando los juje\u00f1os y argentinos es generando una alternativa real y responsable.
