La diputada provincial Natalia Morales, del Frente de Izquierda y los Trabajadores (FIT), di\u00e1logo con \u201cRadio Sky FM 106.1\u201d, denuncia que esta ley \u00abpone un punto final a la gratuidad del sistema p\u00fablico de salud, echando atr\u00e1s un ejemplo a nivel mundial en el caso de Argentina\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Morales explic\u00f3 que la ley obliga a las familias a pagar para acceder a la salud p\u00fablica, afectando especialmente a los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables. \u00abEs grave que se haya votado a espaldas del pueblo trabajador\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 la diputada, quien considera que la ley es \u00abuna ley recaudatoria que no garantiza que el dinero vaya al sistema de salud p\u00fablico\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Seg\u00fan Morales, el argumento del gobierno provincial de que la ley fortalece el sistema de salud es falso. \u00abEllos mismos vienen recortando presupuestos y tirando abajo el sistema de salud p\u00fablica, con un super\u00e1vit de 7 mil millones de pesos en la provincia\u00bb, denunci\u00f3. \u00abLos trabajadores precarizados van a tener que pagar los platos rotos\u00bb, agreg\u00f3, destacando que son quienes menos pueden afrontar este nuevo costo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La diputada tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a las condiciones de los trabajadores de la salud. \u00abEl sistema de salud p\u00fablico est\u00e1 en crisis sanitaria por la falta de financiamiento, lo que se refleja en hospitales en malas condiciones, falta de ambulancias y salarios de los trabajadores por debajo de la l\u00ednea de pobreza\u00bb, explic\u00f3. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00ablos salarios de muchos trabajadores de la salud rondan la l\u00ednea de indigencia\u00bb, tal como se evidenci\u00f3 en un conflicto en 2023 donde se mostraron recibos de sueldo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El FIT present\u00f3 un proyecto para derogar la ley, consider\u00e1ndola inconstitucional por violar la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional y tratados internacionales, como los de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS). \u00abLa salud es un derecho universal, no un servicio que hay que pagar\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3 Morales. La diputada denunci\u00f3 que la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley fue antidemocr\u00e1tica, ya que \u00abni siquiera se trat\u00f3 en Comisi\u00f3n de Salud, y los despachos aparecieron firmados en el pasillo\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El proyecto de derogaci\u00f3n se presentar\u00e1 en la Legislatura de Jujuy y tambi\u00e9n a nivel nacional, en el Congreso. Morales hizo un llamado a la acci\u00f3n: \u00abEs importante evitar su promulgaci\u00f3n, que los sindicatos tomen esta denuncia y se haga una gran campa\u00f1a provincial y nacional\u00bb, advirtiendo que \u00ablo que avanza en Jujuy puede avanzar en otras provincias\u00bb.
