Los convenios contemplan la cesi\u00f3n de un predio perteneciente a Finca El Pongo para la construcci\u00f3n del futuro Cementerio Parque y la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra de iluminaci\u00f3n de la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 45, donde se instalar\u00e1n 129 columnas con tecnolog\u00eda LED a lo largo de m\u00e1s de tres kil\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el acto, Sadir destac\u00f3 que ambas iniciativas forman parte de la pol\u00edtica provincial de inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura para fortalecer el desarrollo de las ciudades del interior. \u00abFirmamos dos convenios muy importantes junto al municipio de Perico. Cedimos un predio de Finca El Pongo para la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo Cementerio Parque, una obra esperada por la comunidad\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En relaci\u00f3n con la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 45, el mandatario sostuvo que la nueva iluminaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 mejorar las condiciones de seguridad vial y la conectividad entre Perico y Monterrico, favoreciendo tanto a quienes transitan diariamente por ese corredor como a los nuevos desarrollos urbanos. \u00abSeguimos invirtiendo en infraestructura para acompa\u00f1ar el crecimiento y el desarrollo de Jujuy\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Abud explic\u00f3 que las tierras cedidas pertenecen a Finca El Pongo y que su transferencia no afecta la actividad productiva del establecimiento. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la medida responde a una necesidad concreta de una ciudad que experimenta un sostenido crecimiento demogr\u00e1fico y econ\u00f3mico. En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que el avance del Parque Industrial y de las nuevas urbanizaciones requiere una planificaci\u00f3n conjunta entre la Provincia, el municipio y el sector privado para garantizar infraestructura y servicios acordes a la expansi\u00f3n de Perico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A su turno, Ficoseco valor\u00f3 el respaldo del Gobierno provincial y destac\u00f3 que la cesi\u00f3n del predio permitir\u00e1 dar respuesta a una demanda hist\u00f3rica de la comunidad ante la falta de espacios disponibles para inhumaciones.
