M\u00e1s de 20 familias fueron damnificadas y el Estado ratific\u00f3 su pol\u00edtica de control, recuperaci\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n de terrenos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Justicia conden\u00f3 a Juli\u00e1n A.F. Mart\u00ednez a siete a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n efectiva por comercializar ilegalmente lotes fiscales en la ciudad de La Quiaca, en un fallo que representa un precedente hist\u00f3rico para la provincia de Jujuy. La sentencia se logr\u00f3 a partir de una denuncia impulsada por la Secretar\u00eda de Ordenamiento Territorial y H\u00e1bitat (SECOTyH), que aport\u00f3 las pruebas necesarias para avanzar con la investigaci\u00f3n y el posterior juicio abreviado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El condenado fue hallado responsable de los delitos de estafa, fraude en perjuicio del Estado, falsificaci\u00f3n de instrumento p\u00fablico y peculado, en una maniobra que afect\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de veinte familias que fueron enga\u00f1adas mediante la venta irregular de terrenos fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el Gobierno provincial destacaron que se trata de la primera condena con prisi\u00f3n efectiva obtenida por la comercializaci\u00f3n ilegal de lotes fiscales, lo que fortalece las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas destinadas a proteger el acceso leg\u00edtimo a la tierra y combatir este tipo de delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 tras un operativo realizado por las \u00e1reas de Control y Recupero y de Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominial de la SECOTyH en La Quiaca, donde se detect\u00f3 el accionar delictivo. Luego de la denuncia presentada por el organismo y el trabajo conjunto con el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Acusaci\u00f3n, el acusado fue detenido en marzo de este a\u00f1o y finalmente condenado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio de Infraestructura, Servicios P\u00fablicos, Tierra y Vivienda remarc\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n judicial constituye un respaldo a las acciones de control y recupero de lotes fiscales que se desarrollan en distintas localidades de la provincia, con el objetivo de garantizar transparencia en la administraci\u00f3n de tierras y brindar seguridad jur\u00eddica a las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese marco, la Secretar\u00eda inform\u00f3 que durante los \u00faltimos meses ya promovi\u00f3 cinco denuncias penales vinculadas con maniobras similares, las cuales contin\u00faan su tr\u00e1mite en la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, el organismo record\u00f3 que mantiene un trabajo permanente de asesoramiento a vecinos que denuncian ventas irregulares, usurpaciones u otras situaciones relacionadas con tierras fiscales, e inst\u00f3 a la comunidad a consultar \u00fanicamente por los canales oficiales antes de realizar cualquier operaci\u00f3n, con el fin de evitar nuevas estafas y avanzar en los procesos de regularizaci\u00f3n dominial.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"487\" src=\"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999670999.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999670999.jpg 819w, https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999670999-300x178.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999670999-768x457.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La sentencia, considerada in\u00e9dita en la provincia, marca un precedente en la lucha contra las estafas vinculadas a tierras fiscales.
