El edificio, dise\u00f1ado por el reconocido arquitecto C\u00e9sar Pelli, fue concebido para albergar, conservar y poner en valor el legado escult\u00f3rico de Lola Mora, al tiempo que incorpora un espacio destinado a la producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica, la educaci\u00f3n, el turismo y el encuentro comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La apertura del complejo representa la culminaci\u00f3n de un proyecto estrat\u00e9gico impulsado para garantizar la preservaci\u00f3n definitiva de las emblem\u00e1ticas esculturas de la artista, integr\u00e1ndolas en una infraestructura de nivel internacional que combina arquitectura de excelencia, innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y criterios de sustentabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa comenz\u00f3 a gestarse en 2018, cuando el Gobierno provincial encarg\u00f3 al estudio de C\u00e9sar Pelli el dise\u00f1o del edificio especialmente pensado para dialogar con la obra de Lola Mora y con el paisaje juje\u00f1o. Las tareas de construcci\u00f3n se iniciaron formalmente en agosto de 2022 y avanzaron en distintas etapas hasta su finalizaci\u00f3n durante 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las principales intervenciones se destacan la construcci\u00f3n de la estructura principal, el puente de acceso, la torre e\u00f3lica, la incorporaci\u00f3n de sistemas sustentables, las instalaciones interiores y las envolventes vidriadas. En paralelo, se concret\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n del conjunto escult\u00f3rico de Lola Mora, recuperando un patrimonio art\u00edstico de enorme valor hist\u00f3rico para Jujuy y la Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados del proyecto fue la participaci\u00f3n de empresas, profesionales y trabajadores juje\u00f1os, con la utilizaci\u00f3n de materiales producidos en la provincia, como piedra de Abra Pampa, madera del Ramal y desarrollos metal\u00fargicos realizados en Palpal\u00e1. Adem\u00e1s de su impacto en la econom\u00eda local, la obra se consolid\u00f3 como un espacio de aprendizaje para estudiantes, investigadores y visitantes interesados en arquitectura, energ\u00edas renovables, sustentabilidad y conservaci\u00f3n patrimonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la antesala de la inauguraci\u00f3n, equipos del Ministerio de Infraestructura, Servicios P\u00fablicos, Tierra y Vivienda recorrieron el edificio completamente terminado, en un reconocimiento al trabajo desarrollado durante varios a\u00f1os por t\u00e9cnicos, administrativos, profesionales y especialistas que participaron en la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con su puesta en funcionamiento, el Centro Cultural Lola Mora incorpora a Jujuy un nuevo \u00edcono arquitect\u00f3nico destinado a preservar el patrimonio hist\u00f3rico, promover la actividad cultural y fortalecer el desarrollo tur\u00edstico de la provincia, consolid\u00e1ndose como una inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica pensada para trascender generaciones y posicionar a Jujuy entre los principales destinos culturales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"482\" src=\"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999337204.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999337204.jpg 819w, https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999337204-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FB_IMG_1782999337204-768x452.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El espacio dise\u00f1ado por el arquitecto C\u00e9sar Pelli abre sus puertas este 2 de julio y reunir\u00e1 las hist\u00f3ricas esculturas de Lola Mora en un edificio concebido para preservar el patrimonio, fortalecer el turismo cultural y convertirse en un nuevo polo educativo y art\u00edstico.
