La adhesi\u00f3n podr\u00e1 realizarse hasta el 14 de julio y ser\u00e1 el paso previo al sorteo p\u00fablico de orden de prelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Instituto de Vivienda y Urbanismo de Jujuy (IVUJ) puso en marcha la adhesi\u00f3n online para la operatoria del Complejo Urban\u00edstico El Carmen, una iniciativa destinada a familias de la ciudad que buscan acceder a una vivienda propia. El tr\u00e1mite permanecer\u00e1 habilitado hasta el 14 de julio y constituye el paso previo al futuro sorteo p\u00fablico de orden de prelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La convocatoria est\u00e1 dirigida exclusivamente a personas que se hayan inscripto o actualizado sus datos en el IVUJ hasta el 28 de junio y que acrediten residencia en la ciudad de El Carmen, dentro de la jurisdicci\u00f3n del municipio local. El tr\u00e1mite debe realizarse \u00fanicamente a trav\u00e9s del sitio oficial del organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el IVUJ explicaron que los interesados deber\u00e1n ingresar con su usuario y contrase\u00f1a al portal institucional, seleccionar la opci\u00f3n \u00abComplejo Urban\u00edstico El Carmen\u00bb y completar la declaraci\u00f3n de ingresos del grupo familiar. Una vez finalizada la carga, el sistema generar\u00e1 un comprobante en formato PDF con el n\u00famero de adhesi\u00f3n, que podr\u00e1 descargarse o imprimirse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El organismo provincial inform\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que, una vez concluido el per\u00edodo de adhesi\u00f3n, dar\u00e1 a conocer la fecha del Sorteo P\u00fablico de Orden de Prelaci\u00f3n, mecanismo mediante el cual se establecer\u00e1 el orden de los postulantes para esta operatoria habitacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un proyecto pensado para el crecimiento de El Carmen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Complejo Urban\u00edstico El Carmen forma parte de una operatoria p\u00fablico-privada impulsada por el IVUJ para atender la demanda habitacional en el interior de la provincia.
