{"id":3734,"date":"2026-06-19T23:50:37","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T02:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=3734"},"modified":"2026-06-19T23:50:38","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T02:50:38","slug":"el-comercio-de-perico-beneficiado-por-el-plan-de-alivio-fiscal-impulsado-por-el-gobierno-de-jujuy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2026\/06\/19\/el-comercio-de-perico-beneficiado-por-el-plan-de-alivio-fiscal-impulsado-por-el-gobierno-de-jujuy\/","title":{"rendered":"El comercio de Perico beneficiado por el plan de alivio fiscal impulsado por el Gobierno de Jujuy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El Gobierno de la Provincia de Jujuy envi\u00f3 a la Legislatura un proyecto de ley que contempla una serie de beneficios fiscales para peque\u00f1os contribuyentes y comerciantes, con el objetivo de aliviar la carga tributaria, promover el acceso al financiamiento y sostener la actividad econ\u00f3mica y el empleo en todo el territorio provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa, impulsada por el Poder Ejecutivo, establece un r\u00e9gimen transitorio de asistencia fiscal destinado a monotributistas que desarrollan actividades comerciales en la provincia. Entre las medidas m\u00e1s destacadas se encuentra la exenci\u00f3n del 100% del componente provincial del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos para los contribuyentes de las categor\u00edas A, B y C, mientras que quienes se encuentren entre las categor\u00edas D y K acceder\u00e1n a una reducci\u00f3n del 50% de dicho tributo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro de Hacienda y Finanzas, Federico Cardozo, explic\u00f3 que el proyecto tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 la exenci\u00f3n total del Impuesto de Sellos para contratos de locaci\u00f3n de inmuebles destinados a actividades comerciales, as\u00ed como para las garant\u00edas, fianzas y avales vinculados a esos acuerdos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la propuesta contempla el diferimiento hasta 2028 del pago de los anticipos del Impuesto Inmobiliario correspondientes a inmuebles afectados a actividades comerciales cuyos vencimientos operen hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026, brindando un mayor margen financiero a los peque\u00f1os comerciantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLa idea es darle una ayuda a los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes mediante alivios, diferimientos y herramientas de financiamiento para que puedan acomodar sus cuentas. Es un sector muy afectado por la baja actividad econ\u00f3mica y lo que se pretende es acompa\u00f1arlo con medidas concretas\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Cardozo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto incorpora tambi\u00e9n beneficios vinculados al acceso a garant\u00edas del Fondo de Garant\u00edas de Jujuy (FOGAJUY) y bonificaciones en l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito promovidas por el Gobierno provincial, medidas orientadas a facilitar inversiones, fortalecer el capital de trabajo y mejorar las condiciones de financiamiento del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, se prev\u00e9 la suspensi\u00f3n de las ejecuciones fiscales impulsadas por la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Rentas para los contribuyentes alcanzados por el r\u00e9gimen, siempre que mantengan regularizadas sus obligaciones tributarias corrientes.
