Al finalizar, los participantes recibir\u00e1n el carn\u00e9 habilitante exigido por la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacitadora Magal\u00ed Murga invit\u00f3 a la comunidad de Perico y zonas cercanas a participar del curso de Manipulaci\u00f3n Segura de Alimentos, una formaci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 obtener el carn\u00e9 habilitante requerido para desempe\u00f1arse en diversos rubros vinculados a la elaboraci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la propuesta, impulsada por la Fundaci\u00f3n Proyectando Sue\u00f1os, est\u00e1 orientada a emprendedores gastron\u00f3micos, trabajadores del sector y tambi\u00e9n a quienes desean ampliar sus posibilidades de inserci\u00f3n laboral. \u201cEste carn\u00e9 va a permitir que puedan postularse a puestos en comercios, supermercados y restaurantes. Es una certificaci\u00f3n que va a sumar conocimiento y seguramente va a mejorar el perfil profesional y puede marcar una diferencia al momento de buscar trabajo\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murga destac\u00f3 que la obtenci\u00f3n de esta credencial no solo representa una ventaja laboral, sino tambi\u00e9n el cumplimiento de una exigencia legal establecida por el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino. \u201cEs una obligaci\u00f3n para las personas que manipulan alimentos tener este tipo de certificaciones porque permite asegurarse de que la persona recibi\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n y est\u00e1 consciente de los peligros que puede provocar una mala manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la capacitaci\u00f3n se abordar\u00e1n las principales pr\u00e1cticas preventivas para evitar riesgos sanitarios. Entre los errores m\u00e1s frecuentes detectados en establecimientos gastron\u00f3micos, la capacitadora mencion\u00f3 \u201cla higiene inadecuada de manos, la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada entre alimentos crudos y cocidos, la conservaci\u00f3n a temperaturas incorrectas y la falta de limpieza y desinfecci\u00f3n en superficies y utensilios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este sentido, remarc\u00f3 que el curso busca prevenir situaciones que pueden derivar en enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos y mejorar la calidad de los servicios gastron\u00f3micos. \u201cEsta capacitaci\u00f3n tiene el objetivo de prevenir este tipo de errores y se utiliza a modo preventivo\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La especialista subray\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el carn\u00e9 de manipulaci\u00f3n es actualmente un requisito muy valorado en el mercado laboral. \u201cEn muchos casos es obligatorio para trabajar en restaurantes, bares, confiter\u00edas, f\u00e1bricas de alimentos y hasta en emprendimientos gastron\u00f3micos. Contar con el carn\u00e9 ampl\u00eda las posibilidades de inserci\u00f3n laboral y brinda mayor profesionalismo\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El curso tiene un costo de 20 mil pesos y puede abonarse mediante transferencia o en efectivo. Una vez finalizada la capacitaci\u00f3n y aprobada la evaluaci\u00f3n correspondiente, los participantes recibir\u00e1n su carn\u00e9 f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto a la importancia de esta formaci\u00f3n, Murga indic\u00f3 que \u201clos consumidores cada vez son m\u00e1s conscientes de la importancia de la seguridad alimentaria, por lo que trabajar de manera responsable se convierte en una necesidad tanto legal como \u00e9tica y profesional\u201d. Asimismo, agreg\u00f3 que contar con personal capacitado \u201cle va a brindar calidad a nuestro emprendimiento y una mejor imagen a nuestros negocios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, dej\u00f3 un mensaje dirigido a toda la comunidad: \u201cLa seguridad alimentaria es una responsabilidad compartida.
