SAN SALVADOR DE JUJUY, 2 de junio de 2026. \u2013 Tras las recientes declaraciones del vocero del Gobierno provincial, el economista, docente de la UNJu y diputado provincial por el PTS-FITU, Gast\u00f3n Remy, emiti\u00f3 una aclaraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica dirigida al pueblo trabajador juje\u00f1o. En ella, desmantela la narrativa oficial de \u00abcat\u00e1strofe financiera\u00bb y expone con datos oficiales las verdaderas razones de la tensi\u00f3n fiscal en la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. La danza de los n\u00fameros: \u00bfQu\u00e9 oculta el Gobierno?
    Remy desminti\u00f3 tajantemente que la oposici\u00f3n utilice fuentes dudosas para analizar las cuentas p\u00fablicas. \u00abNuestras fuentes son los sitios web oficiales de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Asuntos Provinciales, el Ministerio de Hacienda de la Provincia y la Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas\u00bb, aclar\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Al cotejar los datos brindados por el vocero oficial con los publicados por el propio Ministerio de Hacienda de Jujuy, saltan a la vista graves inconsistencias que el Gobierno provincial deber\u00eda aclarar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. El mito del \u00abderrumbe\u00bb de la coparticipaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      El diputado provincial afirm\u00f3 que, si bien la coparticipaci\u00f3n viene perdiendo terreno frente a la inflaci\u00f3n en la comparaci\u00f3n interanual, no existe el cuadro de cat\u00e1strofe que el relato oficial pretende trazar.
      En mayo, impulsada por el pago del Impuesto a las Ganancias, la coparticipaci\u00f3n experiment\u00f3 un fuerte incremento que super\u00f3 los $265.669 millones.
      Aunque se prev\u00e9 una baja en junio debido a la recesi\u00f3n interna, Remy denunci\u00f3 la victimizaci\u00f3n del Ejecutivo:
      \u00abEl gobierno cerr\u00f3 el 2025 incrementando un 14% los fondos destinados a inversiones financieras. Con el rendimiento mensual de esos fondos en el Banco Macro se podr\u00edan construir 50 viviendas populares, pero hoy el IVUJ construye cero\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Las verdaderas causas: Exenciones a los de arriba y ajuste a los de abajo<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Para el economista del PTS-FITU, la tensi\u00f3n fiscal no se explica \u00fanicamente por los recortes nacionales en obra p\u00fablica, salud o educaci\u00f3n. El gobierno provincial es corresponsable debido a dos v\u00edas claras:
        Privilegios corporativos: Reducci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de impuestos a grandes sectores mediante leyes dise\u00f1adas a medida (Ley N\u00b0 6491 de promoci\u00f3n industrial, Ley N\u00b0 6285 para el ex ingenio La Esperanza, Ley N\u00b0 6469 para la ex Aceros Zapla, y Ley N\u00b0 5290 para la miner\u00eda de litio).
        Paritarias de hambre: Al mantener los salarios estatales por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n, se destruye el consumo local y la recaudaci\u00f3n del IVA e Ingresos Brutos.
        \u00abUn profesor secundario con 15 horas y 10 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad recibir\u00e1 en junio un aumento del 13,2%, frente a una canasta familiar que solo entre enero y abril ya arrastraba una suba del 18,5%. Este ajuste golpea directamente a los peque\u00f1os comercios que vemos cerrar todas las semanas\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 Remy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Litio y RIGI: Radiograf\u00eda de un saqueo respaldado por la pol\u00edtica tradicional<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Remy calific\u00f3 de \u00abalarmante\u00bb que el Gobierno festeje la recaudaci\u00f3n por regal\u00edas de litio, exponiendo el car\u00e1cter regresivo del sistema minero:
          En el primer trimestre de 2026, la recaudaci\u00f3n por regal\u00edas fue de apenas U$S 7,23 millones (un m\u00edsero 1,8% de las exportaciones totales, que alcanzaron los U$S 390 millones).
          En ese mismo per\u00edodo, solo la empresa Exar tuvo una ganancia bruta de U$S 97 millones. Es decir, \u00a1una sola minera gana 13,4 veces m\u00e1s de lo que todas las empresas juntas pagan en regal\u00edas a la provincia!
          A esto se suma la celebraci\u00f3n oficial por el ingreso de Exar al RIGI (R\u00e9gimen de Incentivo a las Grandes Inversiones) y la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Ley Bases. Al reducirse impuestos coparticipables como Ganancias y Bienes Personales, y recortar las contribuciones patronales con la Reforma Laboral, Jujuy recibir\u00e1 a\u00fan menos recursos. \u00abEl partido de gobierno vot\u00f3 todas estas leyes en el Congreso y ahora prefiere tirar la pelota afuera para ocultar su complicidad\u00bb, denunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. El silencio ante el FMI y la salida desde abajo<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Finalmente, el legislador cuestion\u00f3 el alineamiento ciego de los gobernadores con los mandatos del FMI, que en su \u00faltimo reporte de mayo exigi\u00f3 restituir Ganancias sobre los asalariados, eliminar subsidios a la energ\u00eda y el transporte (lo que generar\u00e1 m\u00e1s tarifazos en Jujuy) y bajar retenciones a los exportadores.
            \u00abDe todo esto hay que hablar porque afecta el presente y futuro de las mayor\u00edas trabajadoras\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 Remy, convocando a la organizaci\u00f3n independiente:
            \u00abLa propuesta de comit\u00e9s militantes por un partido de la nueva clase trabajadora apunta a organizar y coordinar la fuerza social que puede poner un freno de mano al plan de ellos, y a la vez, habilitar una salida construida por y para las mayor\u00edas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n
