{"id":3575,"date":"2026-05-19T10:07:28","date_gmt":"2026-05-19T13:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=3575"},"modified":"2026-05-19T10:07:34","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T13:07:34","slug":"gran-impulso-a-la-gastronomia-regional-y-apoyo-a-emprendedores-en-perico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2026\/05\/19\/gran-impulso-a-la-gastronomia-regional-y-apoyo-a-emprendedores-en-perico\/","title":{"rendered":"Gran impulso a la gastronom\u00eda regional y apoyo a emprendedores en Perico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El intendente de Perico, Rolando Pascual Ficoseco, destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de vecinos, emprendedores y artistas locales durante una jornada gastron\u00f3mica realizada este domingo en la ciudad, donde se presentaron los platos elaborados por alumnos que participaron de una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre cocina en disco de arado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCreo que la intenci\u00f3n es que pasemos todo bien, que vengamos tambi\u00e9n a ayudar un poquito a nuestros emprendedores, que realmente tengan esa posibilidad de vender\u201d, expres\u00f3 el jefe comunal al recorrer los distintos puestos instalados para el evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ficoseco resalt\u00f3 que la propuesta fue el cierre de un curso que se desarroll\u00f3 durante varios meses y que permiti\u00f3 a numerosos vecinos aprender t\u00e9cnicas de cocina tradicional. \u201cHoy llega su coronaci\u00f3n, ya cada uno con su plato, cocinando y tambi\u00e9n ofreciendo a la gente poder vender este hermoso producto que se cocina a trav\u00e9s del disco de arado\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en dialogo con el Diario Digital Perico Hoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El intendente asegur\u00f3 que las capacitaciones gastron\u00f3micas contin\u00faan despertando gran inter\u00e9s en la comunidad porque representan tanto una salida laboral como una alternativa para generar ingresos desde el hogar. \u201cAprendemos a lo mejor para cocinar en casa o tambi\u00e9n para hacer un emprendimiento desde la casa\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento del sindicato de alimentaci\u00f3n y del \u00e1rea de Cultura en la organizaci\u00f3n de las actividades. \u201cLo hacemos entre todos\u201d, resumi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jornada tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 espect\u00e1culos de academias de danza y grupos folcl\u00f3ricos, en un ambiente pensado para toda la familia. \u201cLa vamos a pasar lindo\u201d, sostuvo Ficoseco, al tiempo que remarc\u00f3 que estos encuentros fortalecen el perfil tur\u00edstico y productivo de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFundamentalmente buscamos ayudar a nuestros emprendedores porque la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica cuesta y hay que ayudarlos para que sigan adelante con su proyecto\u201d, expres\u00f3. En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que muchos peque\u00f1os productores comienzan \u201cdesde abajo\u201d pero con el sue\u00f1o de sostener econ\u00f3micamente a sus familias a trav\u00e9s de sus iniciativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mandatario municipal tambi\u00e9n adelant\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo viernes Perico ser\u00e1 sede de un gran encuentro provincial de artesanos y emprendedores con participantes del altiplano, la quebrada, los valles y el ramal. \u201cEl objetivo es que no solamente sea una exposici\u00f3n, sino que sea una venta de los productos que ellos traen\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, Ficoseco celebr\u00f3 el crecimiento de la cocina en disco de arado dentro de la ciudad y record\u00f3 sus or\u00edgenes rurales. \u201cAntes era una olla de campa\u00f1a en el campo y ahora se traslad\u00f3 a la ciudad. Ojal\u00e1 que esto prospere y que tengan posibilidad todos de tener una alternativa m\u00e1s y una oportunidad en nuestra ciudad\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Festival del Disco se Arado se desarrolla en el Complejo SOT (Ex OSPIT), frente terminal de Omnibus de Perico hasta hs 20. En el festival en el que tambi\u00e9n participan emprededores y pintura en vivo, se presentar\u00e1n los grupos en vivo de Oriana Reyes y Los de San Antonio.
