de usurpaci\u00f3n en un predio municipal y asegur\u00f3 que el \u00e1rea continuar\u00e1 destinada al desarrollo comercial, en medio de debates en el Concejo Deliberante y reclamos de comerciantes locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl expediente est\u00e1 con tranquilidad, no se necesita tomar un equipo de tierra, sino ponernos de acuerdo todos para que el comercio tambi\u00e9n crezca, est\u00e9 ordenado y tenga un lugar seguro y estrat\u00e9gico\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el jefe comunal al periodista Marcos Huanca de SKY FM 106.1 MHZ,, quien fue alertado sobre la situaci\u00f3n durante la madrugada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ficoseco aclar\u00f3 que no se concret\u00f3 ninguna ocupaci\u00f3n ilegal: \u201cNo se tomaron tierras, estuvieron en la vera del acceso nada m\u00e1s\u201d, explic\u00f3, y destac\u00f3 que el tema est\u00e1 siendo analizado por concejales que participaron de reuniones recientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto, subray\u00f3 la importancia de una ordenanza que declara el sector de utilidad p\u00fablica con destino comercial. \u201cEso es inamovible, es estrat\u00e9gico, solamente para el comercio\u201d, sostuvo, al tiempo que reconoci\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n del sector mercantil ante posibles cambios en el uso del predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intendente tambi\u00e9n confirm\u00f3 que decidi\u00f3 vetar parcialmente la normativa para preservar ese objetivo: \u201cHe tomado la decisi\u00f3n de vetar de forma parcial esa ordenanza, dejar el inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico y el terreno estrat\u00e9gico para el comercio\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, el lugar forma parte de un corredor clave que articula distintos puntos de actividad econ\u00f3mica. \u201cEs un sector que incluye un corredor comercial: est\u00e1 la feria mayorista, el centro comercial de Santa Rosa y el polo comercial municipal; sumar un polo en ese sector es sumamente conveniente y estrat\u00e9gico\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Ficoseco precis\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n dominial del terreno: \u201cSon tierras municipales\u201d, afirm\u00f3, y agreg\u00f3 que un comodato anterior \u201cest\u00e1 totalmente vencido\u201d y respaldado por un fallo judicial que confirma la titularidad comunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras contin\u00faan las conversaciones entre el Ejecutivo y el Concejo Deliberante, el municipio apuesta a una resoluci\u00f3n consensuada que fortalezca el desarrollo ordenado del comercio local y garantice previsibilidad para los trabajadores del
