{"id":3455,"date":"2026-04-29T10:09:23","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T13:09:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=3455"},"modified":"2026-04-29T10:09:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T13:09:24","slug":"perico-el-barrio-2-de-abril-consolida-identidad-y-homenaje-a-heroes-de-malvinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2026\/04\/29\/perico-el-barrio-2-de-abril-consolida-identidad-y-homenaje-a-heroes-de-malvinas\/","title":{"rendered":"Perico: El barrio 2 de Abril consolida identidad y homenaje a h\u00e9roes de Malvinas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> El intendente Rolando Ficoseco destac\u00f3 el rol de los vecinos en la construcci\u00f3n de identidad barrial y anunci\u00f3 nuevas obras de infraestructura que fortalecen el desarrollo urbano de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intendente de Perico, Rolando Ficoseco, encabez\u00f3 una jornada cargada de emoci\u00f3n en el barrio 2 de Abril, donde vecinos impulsan la imposici\u00f3n de nombres a calles y sectores en homenaje a h\u00e9roes de Malvinas, al tiempo que avanzan obras clave de infraestructura urbana con participaci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMe parece un gesto muy lindo de los vecinos, realmente\u201d, expres\u00f3 el jefe comunal, al destacar la iniciativa que busca consolidar la identidad del barrio a trav\u00e9s de un proceso participativo. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la nominaci\u00f3n debe contar con el aval del Concejo Deliberante y el consenso de al menos el 80% de los habitantes. \u201cYo creo que ac\u00e1 pasaron el 100%, porque es una causa justa\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El barrio, uno de los \u00faltimos construidos mediante cooperativas, creci\u00f3 con el tiempo hasta consolidarse como una comunidad organizada. En ese contexto, Ficoseco valor\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de rendir homenaje en vida a excombatientes: \u201cVamos a colocar el nombre de cada uno de nuestros h\u00e9roes ac\u00e1. Es lindo, un homenaje en vida, para que ellos tambi\u00e9n se sientan orgullosos de sus ciudades\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo, el municipio avanza con obras de cord\u00f3n cuneta en la zona, en un esquema de esfuerzo compartido. \u201cEstamos ya construyendo el cord\u00f3n cuneta con el esfuerzo de los vecinos y la ayuda tambi\u00e9n del municipio\u201d, indic\u00f3, y anticip\u00f3 que el objetivo es \u201cdejar todo el barrio ordenado\u201d, replicando experiencias cercanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intendente tambi\u00e9n repas\u00f3 mejoras recientes en otros sectores, como el barrio 6 de Enero, donde se incorpor\u00f3 alumbrado p\u00fablico, y el barrio Libertad, que ya cuenta con cord\u00f3n cuneta gracias a un trabajo conjunto entre vecinos, municipio y provincia. \u201cFue un esfuerzo mixto, donde el vecino puso materiales, el municipio la mano de obra y la provincia acompa\u00f1\u00f3 con iluminaci\u00f3n\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara al crecimiento urbano, Ficoseco adelant\u00f3 nuevas intervenciones estrat\u00e9gicas, como la pavimentaci\u00f3n de calles en barrio Virgen del Valle y la construcci\u00f3n de un tercer acceso a la ciudad. \u201cVamos a ordenar ese nudo con una rotonda y mejorar el ingreso, para que sea m\u00e1s seguro y organizado\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, en la antesala del D\u00eda del Trabajador, dej\u00f3 un mensaje a la comunidad: \u201cEl trabajo dignifica a la familia, dignifica al ser humano.
