{"id":3221,"date":"2026-04-09T10:41:47","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T13:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=3221"},"modified":"2026-04-09T10:41:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T13:41:48","slug":"buscan-suspender-ejecuciones-hipotecarias-en-jujuy-para-proteger-a-180-familias-endeudadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2026\/04\/09\/buscan-suspender-ejecuciones-hipotecarias-en-jujuy-para-proteger-a-180-familias-endeudadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Buscan suspender ejecuciones hipotecarias en Jujuy para proteger a 180 familias endeudadas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> La Legislatura de Jujuy tratar\u00e1 un proyecto de ley que propone suspender por dos a\u00f1os las ejecuciones hipotecarias contra deudores del Banco Naci\u00f3n, con posibilidad de extender la medida por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, con el objetivo de evitar que familias pierdan sus viviendas en medio de una creciente crisis de endeudamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa fue impulsada por el diputado Diego Rotela, del bloque Frente Jujuy Crece, quien advirti\u00f3 que \u201cson 180 familias juje\u00f1as las que est\u00e1n sufriendo una situaci\u00f3n extrema al ver en riesgo sus propiedades\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador describi\u00f3 un escenario cr\u00edtico para los tomadores de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, se\u00f1alando que muchos contin\u00faan pagando deudas que se multiplicaron con el paso del tiempo. \u201cVarias de estas personas pagaron cuotas durante muchos a\u00f1os e igualmente se vieron obligadas a vender sus casas para achicar cuotas y hoy siguen endeudadas. Sacaron cr\u00e9ditos por $1.200.000 o $2.000.000 hace ocho o nueve a\u00f1os y todav\u00eda tienen deudas que en algunos casos llegan a los $100.000.000\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3, la suspensi\u00f3n de ejecuciones buscar\u00e1 generar un margen de tiempo para gestionar soluciones ante el Gobierno nacional. \u201cSe apunta a encaminar gestiones ante la Naci\u00f3n y as\u00ed se adopten las medidas que sean mejores para la gente que recurri\u00f3 a estos cr\u00e9ditos\u201d, sostuvo, al tiempo que anticip\u00f3 que se solicitar\u00e1 la intervenci\u00f3n de legisladores nacionales por Jujuy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese marco, Rotela remarc\u00f3 que el principal acreedor es el Estado nacional a trav\u00e9s del Banco Naci\u00f3n y consider\u00f3 que la entidad cuenta con herramientas para aliviar la situaci\u00f3n. \u201cLa realidad muestra con contundencia que el Banco Naci\u00f3n tiene recursos para condonar, cuanto menos, los intereses\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 pol\u00edticas recientes de la entidad bancaria al se\u00f1alar que \u201centre 2025 y lo que va del presente a\u00f1o increment\u00f3 un 86% su presupuesto para publicidad\u201d y que otorg\u00f3 cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios \u201cmuy ventajosos\u201d a 1.440 funcionarios nacionales con tasas del 4,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, critic\u00f3 lo que defini\u00f3 como una contradicci\u00f3n en el discurso oficial. \u201cEl ciudadano promedio se enfrenta a requisitos inalcanzables, tasas prohibitivas o la simple inexistencia de cr\u00e9dito, pero al mismo tiempo florecieron los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios preferenciales para funcionarios\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Rotela advirti\u00f3 sobre el impacto social de esta situaci\u00f3n y cuestion\u00f3 la desigualdad en el acceso al financiamiento. \u201cAquellos que pregonan que no hay plata y que el Estado debe retirarse de la econom\u00eda, utilizan la banca p\u00fablica sostenida por los impuestos de todos para asegurar su patrimonio personal\u201d, concluy\u00f3, al tiempo que lament\u00f3 que \u201cen los tribunales siguen su curso las ejecuciones contra el com\u00fan de la gente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"648\" height=\"386\" src=\"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot_20260409-103624_Facebook.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot_20260409-103624_Facebook.jpg 648w, https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Screenshot_20260409-103624_Facebook-300x179.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 648px) 100vw, 648px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Legislatura de Jujuy tratar\u00e1 un proyecto de ley que propone suspender por dos a\u00f1os las ejecuciones hipotecarias contra deudores del Banco Naci\u00f3n, con posibilidad de extender la medida por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, con el objetivo de evitar que familias pierdan sus viviendas en medio de una creciente crisis de endeudamiento.
