{"id":2954,"date":"2026-03-09T13:51:55","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T16:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=2954"},"modified":"2026-03-09T13:51:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T16:51:56","slug":"mas-de-50-emprendedores-gastronomicos-se-capacitaron-en-manipulacion-segura-de-alimentos-impulsados-por-el-concejal-cristian-valdiviezo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2026\/03\/09\/mas-de-50-emprendedores-gastronomicos-se-capacitaron-en-manipulacion-segura-de-alimentos-impulsados-por-el-concejal-cristian-valdiviezo\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de 50 emprendedores gastron\u00f3micos se capacitaron en manipulaci\u00f3n segura de alimentos impulsados por el concejal Cristian Valdiviezo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Con una amplia participaci\u00f3n de emprendedores locales, se realiz\u00f3 en Ciudad Perico una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre manipulaci\u00f3n segura de alimentos, una iniciativa impulsada por el concejal CPN Cristian Valdiviezo, que reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 50 trabajadores del rubro gastron\u00f3mico interesados en mejorar la calidad y seguridad de los productos que ofrecen a la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La actividad, que se desarroll\u00f3 esta semana, fue valorada positivamente por el Director de Industria de la Municipalidad de Perico, ingeniero Arturo Segovia, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de seguir fortaleciendo la formaci\u00f3n de quienes trabajan en el sector gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cToda actividad que volquemos por la mejora de nuestros vecinos, en este caso en materia de gastronom\u00eda, siempre el balance es positivo\u201d, expres\u00f3 el funcionario en di\u00e1logo con el programa radial \u00abPreso en mi Ciudad\u00bb de Sky FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo orientada a emprendedores que producen, elaboran o comercializan alimentos, abordando aspectos clave como la higiene, la sanitizaci\u00f3n y la correcta manipulaci\u00f3n de los productos para garantizar la inocuidad alimentaria. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 Segovia, la propuesta surgi\u00f3 a partir de gestiones realizadas junto al concejal Valdiviezo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa capacitaci\u00f3n fue brindada por una t\u00e9cnica. En su momento lo gestion\u00f3 el concejal Cristian Valdiviezo, a quien le agradezco porque fuimos a tocar puertas para anunciar sobre esta capacitaci\u00f3n y desde el momento cero se mostr\u00f3 comprometido con esta cuesti\u00f3n, dijo s\u00ed desde el primer momento\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director de Industria tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s que despert\u00f3 la actividad entre los emprendedores de la ciudad. \u201cSe anotaron much\u00edsimos emprendedores, eran m\u00e1s de 50, as\u00ed que quedaron tambi\u00e9n algunos afuera porque no hab\u00eda m\u00e1s espacio\u201d, indic\u00f3, adelantando que se eval\u00faa organizar una nueva jornada para quienes no pudieron participar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formaci\u00f3n resulta clave para el crecimiento del sector gastron\u00f3mico local, especialmente para quienes trabajan con comida r\u00e1pida en distintos puntos de la ciudad. \u201cTenemos que garantizar que ese emprendedor vende su producto en mejores condiciones de calidad y tambi\u00e9n en temas de sanitizaci\u00f3n e inocuidad de alimentos\u201d, subray\u00f3 Segovia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el concejal Cristian Valdiviezo destac\u00f3 el trabajo conjunto con instituciones y organizaciones para generar oportunidades de capacitaci\u00f3n. En sus redes sociales expres\u00f3: \u201cHoy se llev\u00f3 a cabo el curso Manipulaci\u00f3n Segura de Alimentos para emprendedores y trabajadores que produzcan, elaboren o comercialicen alimentos, donde participaron m\u00e1s de 50 personas.
