El diputado provincial Federico Manente, en estos dos a\u00f1os y algunos meses en la Legislatura, parece haber elegido el segundo camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras tanto, en Perico, la avenida Canad\u00e1 se vuelve a inundar cada vez que llueve fuerte. No es una calle m\u00e1s: por esa avenida transitan alrededor de 20 barrios. Es una arteria clave para la circulaci\u00f3n diaria, para ir a trabajar, llevar los chicos a la escuela o simplemente moverse por la ciudad. Cuando se anega, no se complica un sector: se complica media Perico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los registros parlamentarios figuran 26 proyectos de ley y 11 proyectos de declaraci\u00f3n de su autor\u00eda. Hay iniciativas sobre acompa\u00f1amientos terap\u00e9uticos, historia cl\u00ednica digital, donaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos, prevenci\u00f3n de estafas, pubertad precoz, promoci\u00f3n de derechos y adhesiones a leyes nacionales. Pero sobre la avenida Canad\u00e1, nada concreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La obra hidr\u00e1ulica para terminar con la hist\u00f3rica inundaci\u00f3n fue una promesa clara de campa\u00f1a. Fue uno de los ejes para pedir el voto. Y esa obra no aparece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada tormenta, aunque este a\u00f1o no hayan sido intensas, vuelve a mostrar el problema. Los vecinos miran el cielo con miedo, esperando que la lluvia no sea fuerte. Saben que, si cae con intensidad, el agua se acumula, la avenida se transforma en un r\u00edo y las casas cercanas quedan en riesgo. No es una exageraci\u00f3n: es una rutina que se repite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No alcanza con declaraciones de inter\u00e9s ni con adhesiones simb\u00f3licas. Se necesitan estudios hidr\u00e1ulicos serios, gesti\u00f3n de presupuesto, coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ejecutivo y ejecuci\u00f3n real de obra p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pregunta es simple: \u00bfse puede representar a Perico sin priorizar el principal reclamo estructural de la ciudad? Declarar es sencillo. Gestionar una soluci\u00f3n para una avenida que afecta a 20 barrios es m\u00e1s complejo.
