En di\u00e1logo con el programa radial \u00abPreso en mi Ciudad\u00bb de Sky FM 106.1, el legislador llam\u00f3 a realizar un \u201cparo activo con movilizaci\u00f3n\u201d y sostuvo que la iniciativa oficial es \u201cprofundamente reaccionaria\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La entrevista se dio en la antesala de la jornada de protesta convocada en todo el pa\u00eds contra el proyecto que se debate en el Congreso. Remy apunt\u00f3 especialmente contra el pol\u00e9mico art\u00edculo vinculado a las licencias por enfermedad y embarazo, que gener\u00f3 rechazo masivo y oblig\u00f3 al oficialismo a revisar su redacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo era una reforma para mejorar las condiciones laborales o crear empleo como dice el gobierno. Es profundamente reaccionaria, o sea, de quitar derechos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El diputado consider\u00f3 que la pol\u00e9mica en torno a ese punto \u201cfue la gota que rebals\u00f3 el vaso\u201d y neg\u00f3 que se haya tratado de un simple error t\u00e9cnico, como deslizaron funcionarios nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEs un recule. No es que el gobierno se equivoc\u00f3 y puso algo que nunca quiso poner. Sab\u00eda muy bien qu\u00e9 hab\u00eda en cada art\u00edculo\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00edticas a la CGT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remy tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de la CGT de convocar a un paro sin movilizaci\u00f3n, al considerar que esa estrategia \u201cno est\u00e1 pensada para llevar toda esa bronca a la calle\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEs un paro pero para evitar que la movilizaci\u00f3n ponga realmente al gobierno contra la pared\u201d, dispar\u00f3. En ese sentido, pidi\u00f3 continuidad en las medidas de fuerza: \u201cEsto hay que tirarlo abajo y no est\u00e1 nada dicho. No es un problema de un art\u00edculo sino de todo un cuerpo de ley donde nada es bueno\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertencias sobre despidos e indemnizaciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El legislador advirti\u00f3 que la reforma facilitar\u00eda despidos y reducir\u00eda indemnizaciones, lo que beneficiar\u00eda a grandes empresas en detrimento de los trabajadores. \u201cSi hoy estuviera vigente la reforma laboral, las indemnizaciones le salen nada. Van a tener una ley a su medida porque les va a salir mucho m\u00e1s barato despedir\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n vincul\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica actual con el aumento del malestar social.<br>\u201cHay dos a\u00f1os de perder empleo, de no llegar a fin de mes. Sobran los motivos\u201d, asegur\u00f3, al tiempo que cuestion\u00f3 el super\u00e1vit fiscal celebrado por el Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultado sobre las posibles medidas de seguridad previstas para las movilizaciones, Remy calific\u00f3 de \u201canticonstitucional\u201d cualquier intento de requisas generalizadas y defendi\u00f3 el derecho a la protesta. \u201cLa violencia viene del Estado.
