Horas antes de que el juez declarara inadmisible la acusaci\u00f3n y la devolviera al Ministerio P\u00fablico para su reformulaci\u00f3n, Morandini sostuvo que el proceso \u201cha sido un papel\u00f3n jur\u00eddico\u201d y expres\u00f3 su expectativa de que \u201chaya un poco de cordura por parte de la Justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros estamos pidiendo que esta causa se cierre, que haya sobreseimiento por inexistencia de delito\u201d, afirm\u00f3 en di\u00e1logo radial, al tiempo que insisti\u00f3 en que la investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 de manera irregular. \u201cLo primero que tenemos para mostrar es que esto fue ilegal. Hubo espionaje antes incluso de que existiera formalmente la denuncia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFuimos objeto de espionaje\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morandini asegur\u00f3 que en el expediente constan actuaciones previas a la presentaci\u00f3n formal de la denuncia. \u201cEn un expediente que dice iniciarse el 4 de enero, ya hay un oficio del 3 de enero que da cuenta del espionaje realizado y de la identificaci\u00f3n de domicilios. Eso qued\u00f3 asentado en el mismo expediente\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan su relato, las tareas no habr\u00edan sido \u00fanicamente digitales. \u201cNo fue solo una b\u00fasqueda en redes. Mandaron personas a espiarnos, a sacar fotos, a indagar en nuestros domicilios particulares. Eso est\u00e1 registrado\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dirigente sostuvo que el objetivo fue disciplinar socialmente. \u201cFuimos todos objeto de espionaje. El mensaje es: ojo con lo que sub\u00eds, ojo con lo que coment\u00e1s, porque pod\u00e9s terminar preso\u201d, afirm\u00f3, en referencia a su detenci\u00f3n y a la de Roque Villegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00edticas al proceso judicial<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia anterior, la defensa solicit\u00f3 el sobreseimiento y cuestion\u00f3 la validez de la denuncia y la actuaci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico. \u201cSe tom\u00f3 dos a\u00f1os para tratar un pedido que hicimos en febrero de 2024. Mientras tanto, estuvimos 53 d\u00edas con prisi\u00f3n preventiva por una publicaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morandini tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 la figura de los querellantes y la intervenci\u00f3n de organismos provinciales en la causa. \u201cEl Gobierno de la provincia sigue sosteniendo una participaci\u00f3n activa dentro del proceso. Eso hay que decirlo claramente\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto, denunci\u00f3 que se vulneraron garant\u00edas b\u00e1sicas. \u201cNosotros vamos a iniciar las acciones legales correspondientes para que se identifique qui\u00e9n dio la orden de hacer este espionaje ilegal masivo\u201d, adelant\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Libertad de expresi\u00f3n y movilizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la situaci\u00f3n personal, Morandini enmarc\u00f3 el caso en un debate m\u00e1s amplio sobre derechos democr\u00e1ticos. \u201cEste atropello no es solamente contra m\u00ed, es contra las libertades democr\u00e1ticas, entre ellas la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y dej\u00f3 un mensaje a la ciudadan\u00eda: \u201cMi invitaci\u00f3n es que rompamos el miedo. Tenemos que defendernos entre todos. Si no hubiese sido por la movilizaci\u00f3n y el acompa\u00f1amiento, esto no tendr\u00eda la visibilidad que hoy tiene\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo recibido. \u201cNo han conseguido que nos callemos.
