El diputado provincial del Frente de Izquierda, Gast\u00f3n Remy, particip\u00f3 de la protesta y asegur\u00f3 que el proyecto \u201cviene a esclavizar m\u00e1s a la clase trabajadora\u201d y a \u201chacerle perder derechos laborales y de organizaci\u00f3n sindical de manera abierta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad fue impulsada por la Asamblea Permanente contra la Reforma Laboral, integrada por gremios docentes como CEDEMS y sectores de ADEP, junto a organizaciones sociales y trabajadores despedidos de empresas privadas. \u201cEstuvimos en el acceso sur con maestras, profesores, trabajadores despedidos del Ingenio Ledesma, delegados y j\u00f3venes estudiantes\u201d, detall\u00f3 Remy en di\u00e1logo con Sky FM 106.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el legislador, la jornada tuvo una recepci\u00f3n positiva por parte de la comunidad. \u201cMuchos colectiveros, camioneros y personas que pasaban tocaban bocina y hac\u00edan gestos de acompa\u00f1amiento. Es un planteo leg\u00edtimo\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00edticas al contenido de la reforma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remy cuestion\u00f3 con dureza los alcances del proyecto que obtuvo media sanci\u00f3n en el Senado y advirti\u00f3 que, de aprobarse en Diputados, implicar\u00e1 un retroceso hist\u00f3rico en materia laboral. \u201cTe pueden poner las vacaciones cuando quiera el empresario, pueden indemnizar con menos plata y modificar el tiempo laboral como se les ocurra\u201d, enumer\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la iniciativa habilita convenios salariales provinciales en reemplazo de acuerdos nacionales: \u201cEso ya se ve en algunos sectores. La reforma pretende que los sueldos se fijen seg\u00fan lo que cada provincia quiera pagar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado vincul\u00f3 el avance del proyecto con acuerdos pol\u00edticos entre gobernadores y el Ejecutivo nacional. \u201cLos gobernadores lograron lo suyo en la parte fiscal y acompa\u00f1an la aprobaci\u00f3n. Les import\u00f3 su bolsillo y no los derechos de los trabajadores\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inflaci\u00f3n y paritarias: \u201cHay que medir como corresponde\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo, Remy cuestion\u00f3 la medici\u00f3n oficial de la inflaci\u00f3n y su impacto en las negociaciones salariales en Jujuy. Tras el dato nacional del 2,9%, afirm\u00f3 que \u201cestar midiendo la inflaci\u00f3n con un patr\u00f3n de consumo de hace 20 a\u00f1os es meter mano en las estad\u00edsticas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi en dos meses la inflaci\u00f3n acumulada ronda el 6% y el gobierno ofrece un 4%, ya empezamos perdiendo. Es un ajuste directo al salario\u201d, advirti\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, asegur\u00f3 que la provincia \u201cpodr\u00eda medir la inflaci\u00f3n como corresponde porque las oficinas estad\u00edsticas son aut\u00f3nomas\u201d, y remarc\u00f3 que \u201chay m\u00e1s de 500 mil millones de pesos en plazos fijos que permitir\u00edan otorgar un aumento inmediato superior al ofrecido\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convocatoria y mensaje final<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La movilizaci\u00f3n central fue convocada a las 17.30 en el Parque San Mart\u00edn, con marcha hacia Plaza Belgrano y un festival art\u00edstico. El dirigente remarc\u00f3 que el objetivo es transformar la bronca social \u201cen organizaci\u00f3n y en la exigencia de un paro general\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo vamos al acceso sur por gusto. Lo hacemos porque es muy grave lo que est\u00e1 en juego\u201d, expres\u00f3. Y concluy\u00f3: \u201cEsto no termina hoy. Falta Diputados y hay tiempo para concientizar en cada lugar de trabajo.
