Tras un cuarto intermedio, el juez Asef definir\u00e1 este lunes a las 16 horas si la causa se eleva a juicio oral o si se dicta finalmente el sobreseimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLo que estamos viendo nuevamente es un proceso judicial absolutamente injusto, dir\u00eda que delirante\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Luc\u00eda Castro, pareja de Morandini, al comenzar la audiencia en el edificio judicial de calle S\u00e1nchez de Bustamante. \u201cEs una causa bochornosa para la justicia juje\u00f1a y nacional, como ya lo han expresado distintos juristas\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Castro record\u00f3 que el hostigamiento judicial se arrastra desde 2024 y que, pese a haber recuperado la libertad en febrero de 2023 tras una fuerte movilizaci\u00f3n social, la causa nunca se cerr\u00f3. \u201cHoy estamos ac\u00e1 exigiendo el sobreseimiento, porque esta causa no tiene pies ni cabeza: no hay ning\u00fan delito imputable ni a Nahuel ni a Roque\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan relat\u00f3, la audiencia se desarroll\u00f3 de manera virtual para los imputados, con la presencia de sus defensas, la fiscal\u00eda y la querella. \u201cTenemos la expectativa de que el Ministerio P\u00fablico desista de una acusaci\u00f3n absolutamente delirante y que el juez ponga un poco de cordura\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pareja de Morandini tambi\u00e9n hizo hincapi\u00e9 en el impacto humano y psicol\u00f3gico del proceso judicial. \u201cDos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s es volver el tiempo atr\u00e1s, volver a vivir el peor infierno que le toc\u00f3 vivir a mis hijas\u201d, dijo. \u201cCuando les dictaron la prisi\u00f3n preventiva por 60 d\u00edas fue algo totalmente incomprensible, fuera de toda racionalidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Castro denunci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticas que calific\u00f3 como extorsivas y violatorias de derechos humanos. \u201cNahuel hab\u00eda entregado su celular, no investigaron nada. Lo tuvieron detenido, lo sometieron a tortura, y el fiscal Rond\u00f3n pretend\u00eda extorsionarnos para que aceptemos una culpa de un delito inexistente y firmemos un juicio abreviado\u201d, afirm\u00f3. \u201cEso le hubiera significado una condena sin haber hecho absolutamente nada fuera de la ley\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultada sobre el trasfondo pol\u00edtico de la causa, fue categ\u00f3rica: \u201cClaramente esto fue por opinar sobre el poder pol\u00edtico en Jujuy\u201d. En ese sentido, contextualiz\u00f3 los hechos en el clima de conflictividad social durante la reforma constitucional impulsada por el exgobernador Gerardo Morales. \u201cNecesitaban meter presa a dos personas para que todo el mundo se calle\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La repercusi\u00f3n internacional del caso tambi\u00e9n fue mencionada. \u201cEsto lleg\u00f3 hasta la Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, nos reunimos con el relator de la ONU para el Cono Sur, Amnist\u00eda Internacional expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n\u201d, enumer\u00f3 Castro. \u201cTuvimos que explicarle a un relator de Naciones Unidas un chiste, porque no pod\u00eda comprender que alguien estuviera preso por eso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, advirti\u00f3 sobre el grave precedente institucional que implicar\u00eda avanzar hacia un juicio oral. \u201cEste caso ya es estudiado como un ejemplo de coacci\u00f3n a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. \u201cSi lo elevan a juicio, ser\u00e1 un esc\u00e1ndalo nacional.
