Con una fuerte impronta de orden institucional, transparencia y crecimiento deportivo, la Liga de Veteranos de Perico comenzar\u00e1 formalmente su temporada 2026 este lunes con la primera reuni\u00f3n del Consejo Directivo, en la que se presentar\u00e1n memoria y balance 2025, se debatir\u00e1 el formato del campeonato y se avanzar\u00e1 en nuevas mejoras para el predio y las canchas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 el presidente de la instituci\u00f3n, Jorge Barrientos, quien destac\u00f3 que la convocatoria marca \u201cel inicio formal del a\u00f1o, como corresponde todos los segundos lunes\u201d, y subray\u00f3 la importancia de cumplir con los pasos administrativos antes del arranque del torneo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVamos a fijar la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n de la memoria y balance del 2025, antes de que empiece el campeonato, como corresponde\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Barrientos, remarcando que la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas ser\u00e1 tratada en asamblea ordinaria durante la primera semana de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dirigente puso el acento en la transparencia econ\u00f3mica como uno de los pilares de la gesti\u00f3n: \u201cDesde que ingresamos presentamos trimestralmente los balances, y esos mismos n\u00fameros est\u00e1n reflejados en el balance anual\u201d, explic\u00f3. \u201cEs importante que los delegados vean la claridad de los ingresos, egresos, gastos e inversiones\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el plano deportivo, Barrientos adelant\u00f3 una modificaci\u00f3n consensuada en el formato del campeonato, que busca ampliar oportunidades y fortalecer la competencia. \u201cLa \u00fanica modificaci\u00f3n es agregar un ascenso m\u00e1s y un descenso m\u00e1s: ser\u00edan cuatro ascensos y cuatro descensos\u201d, detall\u00f3. Los ascensos se definir\u00e1n por los campeones de Apertura y Clausura y los mejores promedios anuales, mientras que los descensos se determinar\u00e1n por los peores promedios de la temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTodo se hace con la conformidad de la comisi\u00f3n directiva y se pone a consideraci\u00f3n de los delegados\u201d, aclar\u00f3 el presidente, quien resalt\u00f3 que las resoluciones se fijan por todo el a\u00f1o para brindar previsibilidad a los equipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otro de los ejes centrales de la entrevista fue el crecimiento sostenido de la Liga, que hoy es una de las m\u00e1s convocantes de la regi\u00f3n. \u201cCada vez hay m\u00e1s equipos de afuera, empresas y jugadores que quieren participar\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Barrientos, atribuyendo este fen\u00f3meno al trabajo constante sobre el predio y las canchas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, anunci\u00f3 un plan integral de limpieza, desmalezado y descacharrado, que comenzar\u00e1 a mediados de febrero. \u201cTenemos tres semanas para hacer una limpieza total del predio, como hicimos el a\u00f1o pasado, y eso ayud\u00f3 much\u00edsimo\u201d, record\u00f3, convocando tambi\u00e9n a los responsables de quinchos a colaborar con el orden y el cuidado del espacio com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barrientos destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s las mejoras en infraestructura, como la instalaci\u00f3n de iluminaci\u00f3n en varias canchas, que abre nuevas posibilidades organizativas. \u201cLa iluminaci\u00f3n es una gran ayuda, aunque tambi\u00e9n requiere mantenimiento y cuidados para evitar problemas en partidos nocturnos\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia de salud y prevenci\u00f3n, el titular de la Liga confirm\u00f3 que se reforzar\u00e1n los controles con la implementaci\u00f3n de una declaraci\u00f3n jurada obligatoria por jugador. \u201cEl jugador que no tenga el estudio m\u00e9dico deber\u00e1 presentar la declaraci\u00f3n jurada firmada, haci\u00e9ndose responsable de su salud\u201d, indic\u00f3, subrayando que se trata de una medida para proteger tanto a los deportistas como a la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al hacer un balance del a\u00f1o anterior, Barrientos se mostr\u00f3 conforme con los resultados alcanzados: \u201cPr\u00e1cticamente se cumplieron todos los objetivos: se termin\u00f3 el campeonato como corresponde, se mejoraron las canchas, se hicieron ba\u00f1os nuevos para mujeres y varones y se mantuvo el predio en condiciones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, valor\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento de distintos sectores y reafirm\u00f3 el car\u00e1cter abierto y comunitario de la Liga. \u201cLas puertas del predio est\u00e1n abiertas para la comunidad de Perico, siempre sin fines de lucro\u201d, expres\u00f3, destacando el trabajo conjunto con instituciones, delegados y colaboradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con planificaci\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n y una gesti\u00f3n enfocada en el crecimiento colectivo, la Liga de Veteranos de Perico se prepara para un nuevo a\u00f1o con expectativas renovadas y una base s\u00f3lida que refuerza su rol social y deportivo en la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n
