En di\u00e1logo con Sky FM 106.1, subray\u00f3 que el sistema de salud cuenta con equipos y dispositivos preparados para brindar seguimiento continuo y accesible en hospitales y puestos de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLos controles de embarazo nos permiten controlar la salud de la gestante y obviamente del beb\u00e9 que est\u00e1 en camino\u201d, explic\u00f3 Miranda, al tiempo que remarc\u00f3 que estos controles posibilitan la detecci\u00f3n temprana de enfermedades, la prevenci\u00f3n de complicaciones y el acceso oportuno a vacunas y estudios esenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde una mirada integral, la profesional se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el embarazo debe ser acompa\u00f1ado por distintos especialistas. \u201cNosotros lo llamamos control integral o salud integral de la embarazada, porque pasa por diferentes disciplinas\u201d, indic\u00f3. En ese sentido, detall\u00f3 que la persona gestante es asistida por obstetricia, nutrici\u00f3n, odontolog\u00eda, trabajo social, psicolog\u00eda y educaci\u00f3n para la salud, entre otras \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miranda destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el rol de la planificaci\u00f3n familiar y la consulta previa al embarazo. \u201cTiene que ver con una anticipaci\u00f3n en donde todos nos tenemos que hacer controles m\u00e9dicos, tanto la gestante como tambi\u00e9n la pareja\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia del \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y de conocer el estado general de salud antes de la concepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto a los riesgos de no realizar controles adecuados, la licenciada advirti\u00f3 que pueden surgir complicaciones prevenibles. \u201cSi tenemos una embarazada que ya viene con sobrepeso o es hipertensa, hay que controlarla para que no tenga un parto prematuro u otras complicaciones\u201d, afirm\u00f3, y agreg\u00f3 que el seguimiento permite actuar a tiempo ante cualquier alerta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al funcionamiento del sistema sanitario, Miranda remarc\u00f3 que existe un trabajo articulado entre hospitales y puestos de salud, con seguimiento territorial a trav\u00e9s de agentes sanitarios. \u201cEl equipo de salud de cada lugar le va a hacer el seguimiento como corresponde\u201d, explic\u00f3, destacando la cercan\u00eda y el acompa\u00f1amiento permanente en los barrios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n puso \u00e9nfasis en la dimensi\u00f3n emocional y social del embarazo, se\u00f1alando que \u201ctranscurren muchas emociones y situaciones familiares, sociales y econ\u00f3micas\u201d, por lo que recomend\u00f3 no postergar la consulta con profesionales de la salud mental. \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no contar con una asistencia del profesional de la salud mental durante todo este proceso?\u201d, plante\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, la licenciada dej\u00f3 un mensaje claro para las personas embarazadas y sus familias: \u201cLa importancia de los controles prenatales es llevar el control de la gestante y del beb\u00e9 para saber c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 el estado de salud de ambos en cada etapa del embarazo\u201d.
