La iniciativa fue impulsada por el concejal CPN Cristian Valdiviezo, junto a sus pares Pascual Ficoseco y Miguel A. Farf\u00e1n, y tuvo un fuerte respaldo del cuerpo deliberativo por su profundo valor simb\u00f3lico e hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La normativa destaca que el Dr. Canciani \u201cejerci\u00f3 la medicina cinco d\u00e9cadas en la Ciudad de Perico, atendiendo de manera comprometida y solidaria a cinco generaciones de perique\u00f1os\u201d, subrayando su vocaci\u00f3n de servicio y su atenci\u00f3n permanente \u201ca familias en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad social, sin distinci\u00f3n alguna\u201d. En ese sentido, el proyecto remarca que su figura trascendi\u00f3 lo profesional para convertirse en un referente humano y \u00e9tico para toda la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde los fundamentos de la ordenanza se pone en valor tambi\u00e9n su paso por la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, se\u00f1alando que, adem\u00e1s de su extensa labor como m\u00e9dico, \u201casumi\u00f3 responsabilidades institucionales al desempe\u00f1arse como Concejal de la Ciudad de Perico, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la vida democr\u00e1tica y al funcionamiento del Cuerpo Deliberativo\u201d, combinando su capacidad pol\u00edtica con \u201cuna humildad y empat\u00eda dif\u00edcil de encontrar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El concejal Cristian Valdiviezo, uno de los impulsores de la iniciativa, destac\u00f3 la importancia de que los espacios institucionales conserven la memoria de quienes dejaron huella en la historia local, promoviendo valores como la honestidad, la dedicaci\u00f3n y el compromiso social. En ese marco, la ordenanza sostiene que \u201cla comunidad toda, y especialmente los j\u00f3venes, necesitan de ejemplos en los que se destaque la \u00e9tica, la dedicaci\u00f3n y la honestidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La disposici\u00f3n establece adem\u00e1s la colocaci\u00f3n de una placa conmemorativa en la Sala de Sesiones, con el nombre completo del homenajeado y una leyenda alusiva al reconocimiento, y faculta al Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar los tr\u00e1mites administrativos necesarios para su concreci\u00f3n. Asimismo, se prev\u00e9 la realizaci\u00f3n de una ceremonia oficial de imposici\u00f3n de nombre, a cargo de la Presidencia del Concejo Deliberante, a la cual ser\u00e1n invitados los familiares del Dr. Canciani, quienes recibir\u00e1n una copia de la normativa como muestra de gratitud institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta ordenanza, el Concejo Deliberante de Perico refuerza su rol como espacio de representaci\u00f3n popular y memoria colectiva, consolidando \u2014tal como lo expresa el texto aprobado\u2014 \u201cel sentido de identidad, pertenencia y continuidad institucional\u201d, y dejando un homenaje permanente a un vecino que dedic\u00f3 su vida al servicio de los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
