La votaci\u00f3n avanz\u00f3 a pesar de los cuestionamientos por seguridad, circulaci\u00f3n y afectaci\u00f3n a la vida cotidiana de la ciudad, planteados incluso por el propio presidente del cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa cont\u00f3 con los votos positivos de los concejales Pascual Ficoseco, CPN Cristian Valdiviezo, Miguel Farf\u00e1n, Anah\u00ed Ju\u00e1rez y Walter Cardozo. En contra se manifestaron M\u00f3nica Alaniz y Mario Abraham, mientras que M\u00f3nica S\u00e1nchez estuvo ausente al momento de la definici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Mario Abraham (La Libertad Avanza), explic\u00f3 su voto negativo y cuestion\u00f3 con dureza la elecci\u00f3n de Avenida Belgrano como escenario del evento. \u201cTal cual te lo comentamos y lo venimos comentando y lo dijimos y lo respaldamos, justificamos, diciendo por qu\u00e9 no se puede hacer en la Avenida Belgrano. M\u00e1s que nada por el tema de seguridad, por el tema del com\u00fan funcionamiento de la ciudad. La verdad, complica mucho hacer los corsos ah\u00ed, a toda la ciudad\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abraham detall\u00f3 que el impacto alcanzar\u00eda a m\u00faltiples \u00e1reas sensibles: \u201cComercio, ambulancias, polic\u00edas, bomberos, transporte p\u00fablico, comerciantes. La Avenida Belgrano realmente complica a toda la ciudad\u201d, remarc\u00f3, se\u00f1alando que el cierre y uso festivo de esa arteria central afecta servicios esenciales y la circulaci\u00f3n general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 en dialogo con SKY FM 106.1 MHZ, durante el debate se analizaron alternativas como Avenida Bolivia, Avenida \u00c9xodo, Avenida Jujuy y Santiago del Estero, pero finalmente se impuso la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s cuestionada. \u201cEn todos los sectores que se designaban siempre se molestaba alg\u00fan sector de los vecinos, porque es como toda fiesta, no siempre contenta a todos. Pero la Avenida Belgrano realmente complica a toda la ciudad\u201d, insisti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En paralelo, el Concejo avanz\u00f3 en una ordenanza complementaria con modificaciones al proyecto del Ejecutivo. Abraham indic\u00f3 que el texto incorpora 10 cambios y 4 agregados, entre ellos una reducci\u00f3n de tarifas para comerciantes, mayor contemplaci\u00f3n para quienes poseen habilitaci\u00f3n anual, autorizaci\u00f3n para instalar mesas y sillas sin cargo en determinados casos y un canon fijo adicional por mesa de 15 mil pesos, adem\u00e1s de habilitar la venta de nieve y cotill\u00f3n. \u201cEs una ordenanza bastante regulatoria en todos los aspectos y va a tener muy buen impacto ante la gente\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, el presidente del cuerpo dej\u00f3 en claro que esos ajustes no compensan el riesgo del lugar elegido. \u201cMi negativa es porque priorizo la seguridad y el funcionamiento de la ciudad.
