En una entrevista radial con SKY FM 106.1 MHZ, la legisladora sostuvo que el proyecto representa un retroceso hist\u00f3rico en derechos laborales y que afectar\u00e1 de manera directa y m\u00e1s profunda a las trabajadoras, en especial a quienes son madres o tienen tareas de cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morales cuestion\u00f3 de manera directa a legisladoras nacionales (Senadora Vilma Bedia &#8211; LLA) y provinciales que, durante la campa\u00f1a, \u201cse la pasaron hablando de los derechos de las mujeres y ahora van a entregar nuestros derechos\u201d, en referencia a apoyos anticipados al paquete de reforma. Asegur\u00f3 que no existen aspectos positivos para rescatar y que se trata de un plan integral de ajuste: \u201cEs un paquete que de conjunto retrocede con derechos conquistados desde hace un siglo en nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s criticados por la diputada es la flexibilizaci\u00f3n horaria que propone la iniciativa. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, el esquema permitir\u00eda que el empleador defina de manera irregular la jornada laboral diaria: \u201cUn d\u00eda trabaj\u00e1s dos horas y otro d\u00eda trabaj\u00e1s doce, y eso tiene afectaciones graves, sobre todo si sos madre o ten\u00e9s personas a cargo\u201d. Morales remarc\u00f3 que esta incertidumbre impacta directamente en la organizaci\u00f3n de la vida cotidiana y profundiza desigualdades de g\u00e9nero ya existentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el plano salarial, la legisladora advirti\u00f3 que la reforma elimina o relativiza \u00edtems hist\u00f3ricos del salario de los trabajadores, como el pago diferencial por horas extras y feriados. \u201cEse plus que muchos trabajadores necesitan para llegar a fin de mes ya no va a estar\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, y explic\u00f3 que el llamado \u201cbanco de horas\u201d normaliza extensiones de jornada sin una compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica real, lo que calific\u00f3 como \u201cun ataque grave al salario\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morales tambi\u00e9n apunt\u00f3 contra el argumento oficial de que la reforma generar\u00e1 empleo y lo calific\u00f3 de falso. \u201cLos estudios internacionales muestran que en pa\u00edses donde se aplicaron reformas laborales, como Grecia, no hubo mayor generaci\u00f3n de empleo\u201d, sostuvo. En ese sentido, afirm\u00f3 que el verdadero beneficiado es el sector empresarial: \u201cEl sector que se beneficia es el empresarial, que usa la excusa de la crisis para avanzar en despidos y quitar derechos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como ejemplo, mencion\u00f3 el caso de la empresa Ledesma, que despidi\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 300 trabajadores mientras realizaba inversiones millonarias: \u201cSi estaba en crisis, \u00bfc\u00f3mo explica que haya comprado un ingenio azucarero en Tucum\u00e1n?\u201d, cuestion\u00f3, y asegur\u00f3 que estas pr\u00e1cticas buscan disciplinar a los trabajadores mediante el miedo a perder el empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diputada tambi\u00e9n critic\u00f3 el rol de la oposici\u00f3n tradicional y de las conducciones sindicales. Afirm\u00f3 que PRO, UCR (por Diputada Maria Ines Zigaran) y sectores del peronismo (por Senadora Carolina Moises) ya han sido funcionales a este tipo de reformas y responsabiliz\u00f3 a la CGT y la CTA por permitir avances previos. \u201cNo queremos una jornada folcl\u00f3rica, queremos un paro activo y un verdadero plan de lucha\u201d, reclam\u00f3, de cara al posible tratamiento del proyecto en el Senado el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, Morales llam\u00f3 a los trabajadores a rechazar la reforma y a no apoyar el proyecto por miedo. \u201cDefender el puesto de trabajo es rechazar la reforma laboral\u201d, sostuvo, y convoc\u00f3 a informarse y movilizarse: \u201cEl \u00fanico lenguaje que entienden es el de las calles\u201d.
