La medida beneficiar\u00e1 a cerca de 1.950 empleados, incluyendo por primera vez a profesionales y t\u00e9cnicos, y comenzar\u00e1 a regir con retroactividad desde el 1 de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario general del SIEOM, Justino Burgos, valor\u00f3 el proceso de di\u00e1logo que permiti\u00f3 arribar al decreto final. \u201cNos parece una cuesti\u00f3n muy importante todo el proyecto de recategorizaci\u00f3n, porque intervinieron todos: gremios, concejales, Ejecutivo y los propios trabajadores. Hubo debate, se presentaron proyectos y se logr\u00f3 un texto mejorado que incorpora incluso a los profesionales\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burgos remarc\u00f3 que uno de los puntos centrales fue la correcci\u00f3n presentada por el sindicato para incluir a sectores que inicialmente no estaban contemplados. \u201cPresentamos correcciones tanto al Concejo como al Ejecutivo y fueron tomadas en cuenta. Hoy tenemos un decreto completo, fruto del trabajo de todos\u201d, sostuvo. Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que la medida tendr\u00e1 impacto inmediato en el bolsillo de los empleados en un contexto econ\u00f3mico complejo: \u201cLo m\u00e1s importante es que va a tener aplicaci\u00f3n a partir del primero de Diciembre, algo fundamental en estas fiestas para todos los compa\u00f1eros, teniendo en cuenta el atraso salarial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro aspecto subrayado por el dirigente sindical fue el financiamiento de la recategorizaci\u00f3n. \u201cEs importante aclarar que no se va a afectar ninguna \u00e1rea del municipio. Esta masa salarial, cercana a los 20 millones de pesos, se cubre con fondos de coparticipaci\u00f3n y recursos municipales, sin desfinanciar servicios\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, diferenci\u00e1ndolo de gestiones anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la misma l\u00ednea, Nahir Loza, integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva del SEOM, calific\u00f3 la jornada como \u201cmuy positiva\u201d y record\u00f3 que se trata de un reclamo hist\u00f3rico. \u201cVenimos peleando esto hace aproximadamente un a\u00f1o, con proyectos presentados en el Concejo Deliberante que fueron vetados por decisiones pol\u00edticas. Hoy se logr\u00f3 consensuar un nuevo decreto que beneficia a los trabajadores\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loza tambi\u00e9n desminti\u00f3 versiones que intentaron vincular el acuerdo con afinidades pol\u00edticas. \u201cSomos un sindicato con mucha historia, con luchas en m\u00e1s de 56 localidades de la provincia. Somos neutrales y siempre defendemos los derechos del trabajador. Este consenso no es pol\u00edtico, es en beneficio de los empleados municipales\u201d, remarc\u00f3. Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3, la recategorizaci\u00f3n alcanza a 1.950 compa\u00f1eros y contempla el ingreso de trabajadores, adem\u00e1s de la inclusi\u00f3n de profesionales y t\u00e9cnicos que antes no estaban reconocidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Juan Caig\u00fcara, delegado del SEOM, resalt\u00f3 el esfuerzo realizado para que la medida se concrete antes de fin de a\u00f1o. \u201cHace a\u00f1os venimos pidiendo la recategorizaci\u00f3n para los compa\u00f1eros de planta permanente. Se fue postergando, pero hoy se logr\u00f3 que en diciembre los trabajadores ya puedan cobrar con esta mejora\u201d, indic\u00f3. Si bien aclar\u00f3 que \u201cno es una fortuna\u201d, consider\u00f3 que \u201ces una ayuda importante en la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n que estamos pasando\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caig\u00fcara coincidi\u00f3 en destacar que el proyecto no afecta otras \u00e1reas municipales. \u201cLa idea fue no tocar ning\u00fan sector de la ciudad, sino buscar la forma de solucionarlo con recursos propios.
