{"id":2190,"date":"2025-12-12T22:13:33","date_gmt":"2025-12-13T01:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=2190"},"modified":"2025-12-12T22:13:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-13T01:13:34","slug":"grave-denuncia-por-presunto-armado-de-causas-salpica-al-senador-atauche-y-al-concejal-abraham-de-perico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2025\/12\/12\/grave-denuncia-por-presunto-armado-de-causas-salpica-al-senador-atauche-y-al-concejal-abraham-de-perico\/","title":{"rendered":"Grave denuncia por presunto armado de causas salpica al senador Atauche y al concejal Abraham de Perico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El abogado Juli\u00e1n Mart\u00edn Palmieri present\u00f3 este jueves una ampliaci\u00f3n de denuncia en el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Acusaci\u00f3n (MPA) contra el ex procurador general Sergio Lello S\u00e1nchez, el senador nacional Ezequiel Atauche (La Libertad Avanza)y el concejal perique\u00f1o Mario Abraham, a quienes acus\u00f3 de integrar un entramado ilegal para el armado de causas judiciales, con pedidos expresos de imputaci\u00f3n, detenci\u00f3n inmediata y desafuero en el caso del legislador nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Palmieri asegur\u00f3 que la denuncia original fue presentada hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o en Comodoro Py y que ahora se incorporaron nuevas pruebas \u201ccontundentes\u201d ante el fiscal actuante, Diego Funes. \u201cEn la jornada de hoy nos presentamos a hacer una ampliaci\u00f3n de denuncia (\u2026) justamente por un sinn\u00famero de delitos\u201d, sostuvo el letrado desde la sede del MPA en calle Urquiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el abogado, la causa tiene como eje el presunto armado judicial que habr\u00eda derivado en la detenci\u00f3n ilegal de Facundo Pederiva, a quien representa. \u201cDenunciamos los armados de causa que pesaban (\u2026) era un armado de causa por parte de quien en su momento era el fiscal general\u201d, afirm\u00f3, en referencia a S\u00e1nchez.<br>Entre los elementos aportados, Palmieri mencion\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 30 hojas de chats y comunicaciones que comprometer\u00edan directamente a los denunciados. \u201cConsta y queda m\u00e1s que en claro c\u00f3mo Atauche, y en su caso Lelo S\u00e1nchez, armaban las causas, eleg\u00edan jueces, eleg\u00edan fiscales, ten\u00edan resoluciones antes de las audiencias\u201d, denunci\u00f3, calificando la situaci\u00f3n como \u201cuna gravedad totalmente inusitada y absoluta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El abogado fue m\u00e1s all\u00e1 al sostener que se intent\u00f3 fabricar una causa por narcomenudeo contra su defendido y que todo el accionar provoc\u00f3 \u201cun mal grave a la provincia y a nuestra justicia\u201d. En un tono dur\u00edsimo, expres\u00f3: \u201cNo tengo dudas de que no solamente fue Facundo, sino que debe haber muchos \u2018Facundo\u2019 en nuestra provincia que atravesaron la misma situaci\u00f3n\u201d.<br>Palmieri confirm\u00f3 que solicit\u00f3 la inmediata detenci\u00f3n de Sergio Lelo S\u00e1nchez, a quien calific\u00f3 como \u201cun peligro procesal\u201d. \u201cNo tiene que estar un segundo m\u00e1s en libertad por los riesgos de fuga y de entorpecimiento de la causa\u201d, afirm\u00f3, al tiempo que advirti\u00f3 sobre posibles v\u00ednculos internos dentro del MPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto al senador nacional Ezequiel Atauche, el abogado fue categ\u00f3rico: \u201cNo tengo dudas de que tienen que hacer el desafuero a este senador\u201d, subray\u00f3, asegurando que la ley obliga a avanzar sin excepciones frente a la magnitud de las pruebas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras denuncias por pacto de impunidad con el PJ en el CD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recientemente Mario Abraham fue votado como presidente del Concejo Deliberante y Walter Cardozo (Concejal del PJ) como vicepresidente, y ambos fueron denunciados por sostener un pacto de impunidad entre los dos ediles con m\u00e1s problemas judiciales.<br>Cardozo arrastra otro grave historial: venta irregular de terreno de Bomberos Voluntarios, 80 millones desaparecidos bajo su interinato y las irregularidades en Finca El Pongo. Pero el pacto es se\u00f1alado como un pacto de corrupci\u00f3n e impunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La denuncia vuelve a poner bajo la lupa al sistema judicial provincial y abre un escenario de alto impacto pol\u00edtico e institucional, con acusaciones que comprometen a figuras centrales del poder judicial y legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
