{"id":2122,"date":"2025-12-02T13:40:43","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T16:40:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=2122"},"modified":"2025-12-02T13:40:44","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T16:40:44","slug":"el-frente-de-izquierda-propone-aliviar-la-carga-impositiva-de-pequenos-contribuyentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2025\/12\/02\/el-frente-de-izquierda-propone-aliviar-la-carga-impositiva-de-pequenos-contribuyentes\/","title":{"rendered":"El Frente de Izquierda propone aliviar la carga impositiva de peque\u00f1os contribuyentes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El bloque de Diputados del PTS-FIT, present\u00f3 en la Legislatura de Jujuy un proyecto de ley que busca reformar profundamente el esquema de Ingresos Brutos, con el objetivo de reducir la presi\u00f3n fiscal sobre los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables y hacer que \u201clos que generan m\u00e1s riquezas paguen m\u00e1s\u201d, seg\u00fan destac\u00f3 la legisladora Natalia Morales en di\u00e1logo con Sky FM 106.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la entrevista, Morales cuestion\u00f3 que \u201clas mineras pagan un 0% de ingresos brutos, mientras que un peque\u00f1o comerciante o un feriante aut\u00f3nomo tiene que pagar todos los meses\u201d, situaci\u00f3n que calific\u00f3 como desigual e injusta en el contexto de crisis econ\u00f3mica. Por ello, el proyecto plantea exenciones impositivas para monotributistas de las categor\u00edas A, B y C, as\u00ed como para comunidades ind\u00edgenas, al tiempo que propone eliminar los beneficios fiscales a agroindustrias y empresas mineras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEs necesario invertir la estructura tributaria\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diputada remarc\u00f3 que el prop\u00f3sito central es \u201cbeneficiar a los sectores que m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d y reorientar los recursos p\u00fablicos hacia \u00e1reas esenciales como salud y educaci\u00f3n. \u201cSomos los de abajo los que pagamos, y aun as\u00ed el sistema educativo y de salud sigue siendo limitado y deficiente. No porque tengamos que pagar m\u00e1s, sino porque los que tienen m\u00e1s no est\u00e1n aportando lo que corresponde\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultada sobre el impacto de la iniciativa en las cuentas provinciales, Morales sostuvo que el actual presupuesto \u201cest\u00e1 pensado en clave de especulaci\u00f3n financiera y no para cubrir las necesidades del sector estatal\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la reforma permitir\u00eda mejorar la recaudaci\u00f3n genuina y dotar de mayor equidad al sistema fiscal juje\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin acompa\u00f1amiento legislativo\u2026 por ahora<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre la recepci\u00f3n del proyecto entre los dem\u00e1s bloques, Morales reconoci\u00f3 que \u201cpor ahora no hay acercamientos\u201d, aunque destac\u00f3 que la propuesta surgi\u00f3 del di\u00e1logo con comerciantes, trabajadores y organizaciones sociales. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la discusi\u00f3n tributaria es urgente, ya que \u201cafecta mucho\u201d a quienes sostienen la econom\u00eda local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otros proyectos en agenda: transporte educativo y salud mental<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diputada tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que el Frente de Izquierda present\u00f3 iniciativas complementarias, entre ellas: Modificar el sistema de transporte educativo, debido a que \u201clos abonos son limitados y tienen topes arbitrarios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fortalecer los equipos interdisciplinarios de salud mental en las escuelas con gabinetes y profesionales \u201cbien pagos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suspender proyectos mineros que no cumplan con los estudios ambientales y las consultas a pueblos originarios, respald\u00e1ndose en fallos de la Corte Suprema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuerte cr\u00edtica por la designaci\u00f3n de jueces en la Corte Suprema de Jujuy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morales tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la reciente designaci\u00f3n de cuatro jueces en la Corte provincial, proceso que calific\u00f3 como \u201cescandaloso y expr\u00e9s\u201d. Denunci\u00f3 que los pliegos \u201cingresaron cinco minutos antes de la sesi\u00f3n\u201d y que las designaciones respondieron a un acuerdo entre el PJ y la UCR, con candidatos vinculados a ambos partidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEsto demuestra que la independencia judicial es una fachada\u201d, advirti\u00f3, y propuso avanzar hacia un sistema de elecci\u00f3n de jueces por voto popular, donde la ciudadan\u00eda pueda revocarlos si no cumplen sus funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presupuesto 2026: se\u00f1ales de ajuste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto al proyecto de Presupuesto 2026 enviado por el Ejecutivo provincial, Morales sostuvo que \u201cbeneficia a una minor\u00eda\u201d y ajusta las partidas sociales en l\u00ednea con las exigencias del FMI. Consider\u00f3 llamativo que se pretenda aprobarlo en tiempos tan breves y advirti\u00f3 que distintos sectores gremiales ya manifestaron preocupaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
