Confirm\u00f3 que la obra ya gener\u00f3 m\u00e1s de mil puestos de trabajo (directos e indirectos), que el 80% son locales, y que la etapa de operaci\u00f3n incorporar\u00e1 entre 250 y 300 empleados juje\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente senior de Tsingshan South America, Santiago Bustelo, subray\u00f3 el fuerte impacto laboral y productivo que la empresa china est\u00e1 generando en la ciudad de Perico, en el marco del proyecto de instalaci\u00f3n de una planta industrial de avanzada. \u201cEste proyecto solo fue posible gracias al apoyo del Gobierno de Jujuy, del Municipio de Perico y de todos los sectores industriales que colaboraron desde el inicio\u201d, expres\u00f3 durante la conferencia de Prensa realizada en el Parque Industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bustelo remarc\u00f3 que durante la etapa de construcci\u00f3n se generaron aproximadamente mil puestos de trabajo, con predominio de mano de obra local. \u201cEl 80% o m\u00e1s de los trabajadores son perique\u00f1os\u201d, asegur\u00f3, y agreg\u00f3 que actualmente la empresa cuenta con alrededor de 350 empleados locales que participan en la fase de instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente explic\u00f3 que la contrataci\u00f3n de personal permanente ya est\u00e1 en marcha, con una proyecci\u00f3n de 250 a 300 trabajadores para la operaci\u00f3n definitiva de la planta. \u201cTsingshan ya empez\u00f3 el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n del personal que va a operar esta planta. Tenemos alrededor de 150 j\u00f3venes juje\u00f1os que se capacitan para formar parte del equipo, incluso algunos viajaron a China para perfeccionarse\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que la empresa publica regularmente sus vacantes a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de empleo del Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n, fomentando la transparencia y el acceso a las oportunidades laborales. \u201cYa se publicaron m\u00e1s de 100 vacantes y seguimos sumando nuevas todas las semanas\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre la presencia de t\u00e9cnicos extranjeros, Bustelo aclar\u00f3 que se trata de especialistas que acompa\u00f1an el proceso de transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica. \u201cB\u00e1sicamente vienen a ense\u00f1ar c\u00f3mo funciona la maquinaria que se fabric\u00f3 en China. Es como cuando uno compra una m\u00e1quina y el fabricante env\u00eda a un t\u00e9cnico para garantizar su correcta instalaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3, destacando que el trabajo se realiza junto a obreros locales, quienes reciben capacitaci\u00f3n constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El directivo se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el efecto multiplicador de la inversi\u00f3n, que genera empleos indirectos en diversos rubros. \u201cCada puesto de trabajo directo genera alrededor de cinco empleos indirectos, entre transporte, alimentos y materiales. En total, estimamos que esta obra ya moviliz\u00f3 m\u00e1s de cinco mil puestos de trabajo en la regi\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bustelo agradeci\u00f3 especialmente al intendente Rolando Pascual Ficoseco por el acompa\u00f1amiento institucional y al equipo municipal que facilita la articulaci\u00f3n con la comunidad. \u201cAgradecemos al intendente por su apoyo constante.
