{"id":1823,"date":"2025-10-15T12:43:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T15:43:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=1823"},"modified":"2025-10-15T12:43:42","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T15:43:42","slug":"venta-irregular-del-terreno-de-bomberos-voluntarios-cardozo-bajo-la-lupa-por-un-deficit-de-80-millones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2025\/10\/15\/venta-irregular-del-terreno-de-bomberos-voluntarios-cardozo-bajo-la-lupa-por-un-deficit-de-80-millones\/","title":{"rendered":"Venta irregular del terreno de Bomberos Voluntarios: Cardozo bajo la lupa por un d\u00e9ficit de 80 millones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> Una grave denuncia sacude nuevamente a la ciudad de Perico: los Bomberos Voluntarios aseguran haber perdido el terreno que les fue otorgado en comodato para la construcci\u00f3n de su nuevo cuartel, tras una venta irregular realizada durante la gesti\u00f3n del exintendente interino Walter Cardozo. \u201cNosotros ten\u00edamos un comodato desde 2023, empezamos a hacer las instalaciones b\u00e1sicas, y de un d\u00eda para el otro nos encontramos con el candado cambiado y personal policial que nos prohib\u00eda el ingreso\u201d, relat\u00f3 el suboficial Gonzalo Rodr\u00edguez, en di\u00e1logo con SKY FM 106.1 MHZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez explic\u00f3 que el terreno ubicado sobre avenida Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez hab\u00eda sido entregado formalmente a la instituci\u00f3n \u201cde manera legal y correcta\u201d por el municipio, con la finalidad de edificar un nuevo cuartel. Sin embargo, poco despu\u00e9s de iniciar las obras, \u201cempezaron los problemas con supuestos due\u00f1os del terreno\u201d. La sorpresa fue mayor cuando los voluntarios descubrieron que el espacio hab\u00eda sido vendido \u201csin tasaci\u00f3n ni registro oficial, por un monto mucho menor al valor real\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el suboficial, la p\u00e9rdida del terreno provoc\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n perjuicios econ\u00f3micos y administrativos. Rodr\u00edguez advirti\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n \u201cpone en riesgo el futuro del cuartel\u201d, ya que el comodato actual \u201ces provisorio y en cualquier momento se acaba, dejando a los bomberos otra vez en la calle, como antes de 2015\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pol\u00e9mica escal\u00f3 cuando se conocieron las declaraciones del exintendente y actual concejal Walter Cardozo, quien intent\u00f3 deslindar responsabilidades asegurando que \u201cla venta fue una orden del Concejo Deliberante\u201d. Ante esa afirmaci\u00f3n, Rodr\u00edguez manifest\u00f3 su indignaci\u00f3n: \u201c\u00c9l tranquilamente pudo haber frenado la venta, habernos convocado, habernos dado una soluci\u00f3n. Hace dos a\u00f1os que no se acerca al cuartel. Literalmente nos dejaron a la deriva\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso tom\u00f3 estado p\u00fablico nacional cuando distintos medios difundieron la denuncia sobre la venta por apenas 23 millones de pesos de un terreno valuado actualmente en m\u00e1s de 150 millones, situado a metros del Concejo Deliberante y en una zona estrat\u00e9gica de Perico. \u201cFue una venta cocinada \u2014denunci\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez\u2014. Ya exist\u00eda una persona que hab\u00eda comprado antes de ponerse a la venta. Incluso vecinos y empresarios ofrecieron ayudarnos a comprarlo, pero no nos dieron oportunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el Tribunal de Cuentas investiga un faltante millonario vinculado a esta operaci\u00f3n. Rodr\u00edguez sostuvo que el objetivo de los bomberos no es pol\u00edtico, sino comunitario: \u201cNosotros trabajamos para la gente, no por campa\u00f1a. Este tema lo venimos peleando hace dos a\u00f1os porque es un derecho y un beneficio para toda la comunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras contin\u00faa el reclamo legal para recuperar el terreno, los Bomberos Voluntarios de Perico mantienen su compromiso con el servicio p\u00fablico. \u201cSeguimos trabajando con lo que tenemos y con la solidaridad de los vecinos\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el suboficial, apelando al acompa\u00f1amiento social ante lo que calific\u00f3 como \u201cuna injusticia que golpea a todos los perique\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
