En ese contexto, ordenar las cuentas, normalizar servicios y estar cerca de los vecinos no es poca cosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que reconocerlo al principio: se arregl\u00f3 lo m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico, se empez\u00f3 a pagar sueldos al d\u00eda, se recuperaron algunos servicios y se puso la cara en los barrios. El programa \u201cEstamos en tu Barrio\u201d fue una buena idea: el municipio saliendo a la calle, llevando soluciones, no qued\u00e1ndose en las oficinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perico necesita mucho m\u00e1s. Hay barrios como Virgen del Valle que siguen esperando soluciones en cloacas, obras y urbanizaci\u00f3n. El tema de la inseguridad no se discute a fondo, y no hay un plan urbanistico para el desarrollo de la ciudad.<br>No hay una hoja de ruta clara, ni proyectos a largo plazo. Hay voluntad, s\u00ed, pero falta decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y equipos t\u00e9cnicos que se la jueguen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se puede hablar de esta gesti\u00f3n sin mencionar el rol Concejo Deliberante, que es un cap\u00edtulo aparte. Concejales de todos los partidos (UCR, PJ, VIA, \u201clibertarios\u201d, etc.) se la pasan tir\u00e1ndose palos, cerrados en sus internas, sin una propuesta seria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La falta de acompa\u00f1amiento pol\u00edtico se tradujo en par\u00e1lisis, ediles de VIA disfrazados de Libertarios como Miguel \u00abPocho\u00bb Farfan, Sergio \u00abChecho\u00bb Rios, o Valdiviezo que no van a fondo en la especializaci\u00f3n son parte de las tuercas que se deben ajustar.<br>A la hora del an\u00e1lisis no se puede soslayar a Enrique Rojas, Monica Sanchez, Ismael Tacacho y los arribistas: Walter Cardozo y Anahi Juarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los 8 concejales de la UCR, PJ, VIA, LIBERTARIOS hoy son repudiados. Est\u00e1n tan desconectados que ni pisan los barrios, y lo peor es que la gente ya los ve como parte del problema, no de la soluci\u00f3n.<br>Ficoseco no logr\u00f3 armar un bloque propio fuerte y eso tambi\u00e9n es parte de gobernar. Si no hay mu\u00f1eca pol\u00edtica para armar acuerdos, la gesti\u00f3n se traba y el vecino es el que pierde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El clima social es palpable: la gente est\u00e1 cansada de que todos digan que la culpa es del otro. Quieren soluciones y obras.<br>Con este panorama el municipio est\u00e1 obligado a ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del d\u00eda a d\u00eda.
