El anuncio lo hizo el Dr. Guillermo Beller en conferencia de prensa, donde calific\u00f3 el caso como uno de los m\u00e1s graves en la historia reciente de Jujuy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe ha confirmado el se\u00f1or Gonz\u00e1lez, que es quien faltaba. La sangre de Gonz\u00e1lez tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 en el domicilio de Jurado, con lo cual empezamos a cerrar un c\u00edrculo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Beller. El procurador detall\u00f3 que el cotejo cient\u00edfico ratific\u00f3 las hip\u00f3tesis que ya manejaban los fiscales: \u201cCinco de cinco. Inicialmente lo hab\u00edamos dicho, ahora est\u00e1 confirmado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario remarc\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 a\u00fan en etapa preparatoria, aunque en menos de 60 d\u00edas se reunieron pruebas s\u00f3lidas para imputar al acusado. \u201cEstamos en condiciones de decir que el trabajo ha llevado a que este caso est\u00e9 casi para ser llevado a debate oral y p\u00fablico\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acusaci\u00f3n contra Jurado se agrava: ahora enfrenta cinco cargos de homicidio calificado \u201cpor ensa\u00f1amiento, alevos\u00eda y placer\u201d, con la posibilidad de prisi\u00f3n perpetua. \u201cQued\u00f3 absolutamente claro que el imputado est\u00e1 en condiciones de ser reprochado penalmente. Es perfectamente imputable, comprende la criminalidad de los hechos que llev\u00f3 adelante\u201d, destac\u00f3 Beller, descartando la hip\u00f3tesis de inimputabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conferencia tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 entrever que la investigaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ampliarse. \u201cTodav\u00eda hay dos perfiles de ADN abiertos y evidencia pendiente de an\u00e1lisis. No descartamos la existencia de otras v\u00edctimas\u201d, advirti\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 que familiares de desaparecidos en el extranjero ser\u00e1n convocados para cotejar muestras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El avance del caso gener\u00f3 alarma social. Beller reconoci\u00f3 que tras el esc\u00e1ndalo, aumentaron las denuncias de desapariciones, especialmente de personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad. \u201cAnte tal alarmante noticia, mucha gente se ha acercado a denunciar. Cada l\u00ednea investigativa se est\u00e1 agotando\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el procurador adelant\u00f3 que se esperan pericias psicol\u00f3gicas y psiqui\u00e1tricas para determinar si se confirma la agravante de homicidio por placer. \u201cEs un informe muy completo que se est\u00e1 realizando en conjunto con especialistas.
