Se incumple con el art\u00edculo 9, que establece que el 80% de la mano de obra debe ser local. Sin embargo, est\u00e1n trayendo gente de otras provincias y hasta de China, cuando en la bolsa de trabajo del gremio tenemos compa\u00f1eros esperando\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 uno de los obreros en di\u00e1logo con SKY FM 106.1 MHZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los testimonios, la medida de fuerza tuvo una adhesi\u00f3n del 75%. \u201cPedimos recategorizaci\u00f3n de los compa\u00f1eros, pago correcto de horas al 100 y al 50, agua fresca y descansos obligatorios cuando la temperatura supera los 33 grados. Todo eso lo contempla el convenio, pero las contratistas no cumplen\u201d, remarcaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajadores aseguraron que la empresa no s\u00f3lo ignora la legislaci\u00f3n laboral argentina (leyes 27.744 y 22.250), sino que adem\u00e1s \u201cdescomprime la bolsa de trabajo del gremio trayendo personal de otras obras y disfrazando papeles para justificar su ingreso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conflicto se agrava con la presencia de empleados chinos. \u201cYa hay entre 100 y 120 chinos trabajando. No es cierto que vayan a quedarse a vivir, tienen contratos por seis meses, pero mientras tanto nos sacan el trabajo a nosotros\u201d, denunci\u00f3 un obrero. Tambi\u00e9n desmintieron rumores de viviendas en la finca El Pongo, aunque confirmaron que existen \u201chabit\u00e1culos armados para alojarlos durante su estad\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El malestar, adem\u00e1s, tiene un trasfondo pol\u00edtico. \u201cHay sectores que quieren embarrar todo, incluso atacando al secretario general de la UOCRA, Ramon Neira. Pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de eso, lo importante es que se cumpla el convenio y se respete a los trabajadores locales\u201d, afirmaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, los obreros advirtieron que el paro continuar\u00e1 hasta obtener respuestas concretas. \u201cNecesitamos que frenen con la importaci\u00f3n de mano de obra y que recategoricen a los compa\u00f1eros. No es posible que un soldador calificado figure como ayudante mientras traen personal chino para esos puestos\u201d, cerraron.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img
