Walter Cardozo qued\u00f3 otra vez en evidencia. Miente, borra con el codo lo que firma con la mano y ahora recibi\u00f3 una intimaci\u00f3n por emitir declaraciones falsas. La Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n de Perico lo notific\u00f3 formalmente para que se rectifique, tras asegurar que \u201cnunca se le enviaron los papeles\u201d de la licitaci\u00f3n del Centro Comercial San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se sabe que es una vil mentira. Los documentos s\u00ed llegaron a su despacho. El certificado de recepci\u00f3n lo firm\u00f3 su compa\u00f1era de banca, Anah\u00ed Ju\u00e1rez. La comisi\u00f3n evaluadora fue legal; avalada por ordenanzas. Y el dictamen t\u00e9cnico no es una opini\u00f3n personal de la Dra. Fernanda Azcurra, sino una resoluci\u00f3n de toda la comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero Cardozo quiere hacer pasar gato por liebre, como si no hubiera sido uno de los ocho concejales que votaron a favor. Como si su familia no estuviera metida, reclamando locales en ese mismo proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ju\u00e1rez\u2014ahora disfrazada de peronista\u2014y Monica S\u00e1nchez, protegida por una justicia que ignor\u00f3 denuncias de malversaci\u00f3n, completan el cuadro decadente de ediles con muy poca estatura moral. Buscaron tirar la piedra y esconder la mano.
\u00bfY los otros concejales? No est\u00e1n exceptos :Rojas, R\u00edos, Tacacho, Valdiviezo y Farf\u00e1n callan mientras crecen los rumores de coimas, acomodos y tratos bajo la mesa. Ninguno renunci\u00f3. Ninguno explic\u00f3. Todos buscan salvarse.
El intendente Rolando Ficoseco, en un gesto tard\u00edo, declar\u00f3 desierta la licitaci\u00f3n y pidi\u00f3 la renuncia de todos. Lo ignoraron. Lo desautorizaron. Prefieren quedarse atornillados al cargo, aunque todo se derrumbe. El concejo de Perico est\u00e1 podrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ya no hay grieta. Hay intereses, pactos cruzados y domina el viejo y conocido: s\u00e1lvese quien pueda. El problema no es solo la corrupci\u00f3n a la vista solamente. El problema es que ya no les importa ni disimular.<\/p>\n\n\n
