{"id":1401,"date":"2025-08-13T09:53:48","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T12:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=1401"},"modified":"2025-08-13T09:53:48","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T12:53:48","slug":"crisis-en-la-cooperativa-telefonica-de-perico-denuncian-falta-de-transparencia-y-nepotismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2025\/08\/13\/crisis-en-la-cooperativa-telefonica-de-perico-denuncian-falta-de-transparencia-y-nepotismo\/","title":{"rendered":"Crisis en la Cooperativa Telef\u00f3nica de Perico: denuncian falta de transparencia y nepotismo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> Un fuerte malestar sacude a la Cooperativa Telef\u00f3nica de Ciudad Perico, donde socios denuncian irregularidades administrativas, negativa a entregar documentaci\u00f3n y presunto nepotismo en la conducci\u00f3n actual. \u201cEstamos viendo que el patrimonio de la cooperativa est\u00e1 corriendo riesgo\u201d, advirti\u00f3 una de las socias que particip\u00f3 de la asamblea extraordinaria convocada por m\u00e1s de 300 miembros en una entrevista radial por SKY FM 106.1 MHZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la denunciante, la actual comisi\u00f3n \u201cno se estar\u00eda realizando como se sol\u00eda hacer la cuesti\u00f3n administrativa\u201d, se\u00f1alando la falta de arqueos de caja, conciliaciones bancarias y balances. \u201cHace cinco a\u00f1os que no rinden cuentas y hay cinco balances pendientes\u201d, remarc\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, afirm\u00f3 que desde el 22 de febrero la conducci\u00f3n se niega a entregar documentaci\u00f3n solicitada por derecho estatutario: \u201cNo brindan la informaci\u00f3n que es requerida por los asociados, \u00bfque son los due\u00f1os de la cooperativa?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a que 300 socios \u2014el m\u00ednimo que exige la ley\u2014 convocaran una asamblea extraordinaria el 27 de julio. All\u00ed se decidi\u00f3 por unanimidad remover a la actual comisi\u00f3n y designar una comisi\u00f3n fiscalizadora para que, en 60 d\u00edas, presente un informe y llame a nuevas elecciones. \u201cSe niegan a dar la documentaci\u00f3n, esconden los datos, hackean los sistemas\u201d, acus\u00f3 la socia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro punto que genera indignaci\u00f3n es la presunta designaci\u00f3n de familiares en cargos directivos. \u201cPor primera vez en la vida, dentro de la mesa directiva est\u00e1n los novios de la hermana, acomod\u00f3 a toda su familia en los cargos\u201d, denunci\u00f3, asegurando que esta pr\u00e1ctica viola el estatuto de la cooperativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La asamble\u00edsta tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 la falta de apertura de la presidenta Beatriz Carmona para dar explicaciones p\u00fablicas. \u201cFue invitada a la asamblea para presentar la documentaci\u00f3n y hacer su descargo, pero no apareci\u00f3. En cambio, arma conferencias de prensa para algunos medios, sin mostrar los papeles\u201d, relat\u00f3. La socia advirti\u00f3 que incluso se les neg\u00f3 el uso del sal\u00f3n de la cooperativa para la reuni\u00f3n, por lo que debieron alquilar un espacio privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a las acusaciones, la presidenta Carmona habr\u00eda calificado la intervenci\u00f3n de los socios como un \u201casalto institucional\u201d, seg\u00fan medios locales. La entrevistada rechaz\u00f3 esa versi\u00f3n: \u201cLa cooperativa es una entidad privada, no gubernamental. Los due\u00f1os son los socios y pueden pedir los informes que necesiten\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crisis interna deja a la vista un conflicto abierto entre las autoridades desplazadas y la comisi\u00f3n fiscalizadora votada por los socios. Mientras tanto, la comunidad perique\u00f1a observa con preocupaci\u00f3n el futuro de una instituci\u00f3n hist\u00f3ricamente valorada, pero hoy envuelta en acusaciones de opacidad y manejo
