El evento se realizar\u00e1 en el polideportivo del Barrio 9 de Julio y contar\u00e1 por primera vez con la participaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os productores locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQueremos fortalecer la econom\u00eda local y los v\u00ednculos entre el productor y el consumidor final. Que nuestros vecinos tengan acceso a verduras frescas al mejor precio\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el ingeniero Arturo Segovia, Director de Industria de la Municipalidad de Perico, en di\u00e1logo con Radio SKY 106.1. Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3, productores de El Pongo, El Cadillal y Las Pampitas ya confirmaron su participaci\u00f3n y ofrecer\u00e1n hortalizas, frutas de carozo y frutillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta ser\u00e1 la cuarta visita de la Codepo en el a\u00f1o y, seg\u00fan Segovia, la respuesta de los vecinos ha sido muy positiva. \u201cEn cada edici\u00f3n el stock va en aumento porque la demanda tambi\u00e9n crece. Los productos c\u00e1rnicos son envasados al vac\u00edo, certificados por SENASA y mantienen la cadena de fr\u00edo\u201d, explic\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n asegur\u00f3 que, a partir de ahora, la carnicer\u00eda m\u00f3vil visitar\u00e1 la ciudad dos veces por mes hasta diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los cortes m\u00e1s buscados se encuentran el puchero blando, costillares, chuletas, mortadela de llama, chorizo y arrollado de llama. \u201cVamos a prever un stock m\u00e1s grande para que ning\u00fan vecino se quede sin la posibilidad de acceder y comprar. La vez pasada se agotaron casi todos los cortes\u201d, sostuvo el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, se lanzar\u00e1 una prueba piloto de la feria campesina, con la participaci\u00f3n gratuita de los productores. \u201cNo se va a cobrar derecho de piso, queremos ver c\u00f3mo se comporta la comunidad frente a esta oferta\u201d, adelant\u00f3 Segovia, quien destac\u00f3 que la actividad se enmarca en un mes significativo para la cultura juje\u00f1a, como lo es agosto, mes de la Pachamama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la organizaci\u00f3n, el funcionario indic\u00f3 que distintas \u00e1reas del municipio est\u00e1n involucradas para garantizar el \u00e9xito del operativo. \u201cQueremos que el vecino tenga comodidad, que acceda tranquilo y se vaya contento. Para eso trabajamos organizadamente y de forma articulada\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa de visitas continuar\u00e1 en otros puntos de la ciudad como el barrio San Mateo, Nueva Ciudad, Plaza 4 de Octubre, Santo Domingo y culminar\u00e1 en diciembre en la Avenida Bolivia, esquina L\u00edbano. \u201cEstamos pensando en toda la comunidad, especialmente en el adulto mayor y en los barrios m\u00e1s alejados del centro.
