En vez de eso, enviaron polic\u00edas para sitiar a la familia Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez. Fue una represi\u00f3n total.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Llanes, el operativo del 16, 17 y 18 de julio incluy\u00f3 a todas las fuerzas policiales locales, dejando en evidencia un uso desproporcionado del aparato represivo del Estado: \u201cEs il\u00f3gico, no tiene fundamentaci\u00f3n ni jur\u00eddica ni pr\u00e1ctica. Toda la fuerza policial de Perico estaba en contra de una sola familia.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia penal, identificada como causa 246-2025, fue presentada por Griselda Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez contra el Estado provincial y la administraci\u00f3n de la Finca El Pongo, a quienes acusa de intentar desalojarla ilegalmente de tierras que ocupa hace d\u00e9cadas y donde mantiene su sustento mediante la cr\u00eda de ganado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl fiscal, en vez de cumplir con una manda judicial de inspecci\u00f3n, us\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n de nuestro habeas corpus colectivo para iniciar una causa de usurpaci\u00f3n contra la familia Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez. \u00a1Hasta intentaron imputar a un menor de edad!\u201d, denunci\u00f3 con indignaci\u00f3n Llanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la abogada se\u00f1al\u00f3 la gravedad institucional de estos hechos: \u201cNo hay divisi\u00f3n de poderes. El Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal est\u00e1 actuando sin objetividad, violando el art\u00edculo 99 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal. No hay garant\u00edas constitucionales, no hay Estado de Derecho.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La familia Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez a\u00fan no ha recibido ninguna comunicaci\u00f3n formal del gobierno provincial, pese a que han solicitado una audiencia con el gobernador Carlos Sadir. \u201cNo se ha comunicado nadie. Es una estafa al pueblo perique\u00f1o\u201d, dijo Llanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante las jornadas de conflicto, se registraron escenas alarmantes: \u201cLas familias estaban sitiadas. Las im\u00e1genes muestran c\u00f3mo se paraban frente a las m\u00e1quinas que quer\u00edan avanzar sobre ellos. Fue un atropello en toda regla.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Llanes adelant\u00f3 que el equipo legal continuar\u00e1 utilizando todas las v\u00edas institucionales y judiciales para defender a la familia Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez: \u201cNo podemos permitir que avancen sobre nuestros derechos.
