La mujer asegur\u00f3 que de las 37 hect\u00e1reas que trabajan desde hace a\u00f1os, s\u00f3lo les permitir\u00edan quedarse con dos, plante\u00f3 en di\u00e1logo con Sky FM 106.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez explic\u00f3 que el conflicto comenz\u00f3 el pasado 8 de julio, cuando recibi\u00f3 una notificaci\u00f3n sin previo aviso: \u201cNos dejan solo dos hect\u00e1reas. Mantengo mis animales, los cuido todos ac\u00e1. No tengo ninguna demanda en mi contra, no me dan tiempo ni a que act\u00fae mi abogada. Solo me quieren sacar y punto\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que cuenta con un expediente judicial en curso (P-246-2025) y denunci\u00f3 que las autoridades \u201cno respetan ni al fiscal, que dijo que todo est\u00e1 mal hecho\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los funcionarios apuntados, mencion\u00f3 a la ingeniera Fernanda Soruco, \u201cprocesada penalmente y a\u00fan as\u00ed dando \u00f3rdenes\u201d, y a Alanis, quien \u201cse present\u00f3 prepotente y falt\u00f3 el respeto a mi abogada y a mi familia\u201d. Seg\u00fan Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, el operativo de desalojo se desarroll\u00f3 con fuerte presencia policial y sin la presencia de ning\u00fan fiscal de parte del gobierno. \u201cAyer no nos dejaban ingresar a nuestra casa. Tuvo que venir mi abogada Silvina Llanes para que podamos entrar\u201d, relat\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n en el terreno es cr\u00edtica. Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez inici\u00f3 una huelga de hambre y pide una audiencia urgente con el gobernador Carlos Sadir o con Fiscal\u00eda. \u201cEstamos resistiendo. No somos violentos. Solo queremos que se cumpla la ley\u201d, afirm\u00f3. La productora tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 que el accionar gubernamental se repite sistem\u00e1ticamente durante la feria judicial, como ocurri\u00f3 anteriormente entre Diciembre y Enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conflicto se agrava en el contexto de la hist\u00f3rica disputa por las tierras de Finca El Pongo, un legado del Dr. Zabala destinado originalmente al hospital de Perico y a fines productivos para beneficio de la comunidad. \u201cEsta finca es para el pueblo, no para empresas extranjeras como lo est\u00e1 vendiendo el gobierno de la provincia\u201d, sostuvo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, y critic\u00f3 directamente al exgobernador Gerardo Morales y al actual mandatario: \u201cAhora contin\u00faa con el t\u00edtere de Sadir\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez destac\u00f3 que concejales de La Libertad Avanza se hicieron presentes en el lugar y prometieron llevar el reclamo a instancias nacionales. \u201cSe comprometieron de palabra, pero yo necesito hechos, no palabras\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que uno de sus compa\u00f1eros, Rosado, se encuentra encadenado desde hace dos d\u00edas como medida extrema de protesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conflicto contin\u00faa sin resoluci\u00f3n, en un clima de alta tensi\u00f3n social. \u201cDefiendo no solo mi tierra, sino lo que le pertenece a todos. Piensen en sus hijos y nietos.
