{"id":1204,"date":"2025-06-27T15:27:21","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T18:27:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=1204"},"modified":"2025-06-27T15:27:27","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T18:27:27","slug":"cesar-rodriguez-la-seguridad-la-hacemos-entre-todos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2025\/06\/27\/cesar-rodriguez-la-seguridad-la-hacemos-entre-todos\/","title":{"rendered":"Cesar Rodriguez: \u00abLa seguridad la hacemos entre todos\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante el aumento de preocupaciones por la inseguridad en la ciudad y de cara al movimiento tur\u00edstico por las vacaciones de invierno, el Secretario de Gobierno de la Municipalidad de Perico, C\u00e9sar Rodr\u00edguez, inform\u00f3 sobre una serie de acciones coordinadas con autoridades policiales, concejales y diversas \u00e1reas municipales para reforzar la prevenci\u00f3n del delito y promover la convivencia ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa seguridad la hacemos entre todos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez en una entrevista reciente con SKY FM 106.1 MHZ. \u201cLa Municipalidad no tiene injerencia directa sobre la polic\u00eda, pero s\u00ed como instituci\u00f3n de gobierno de la ciudad estamos en contacto permanente\u201d, destac\u00f3. En ese marco, se mantuvieron reuniones con efectivos policiales y representantes del Concejo Deliberante, donde se abordaron problem\u00e1ticas como el consumo de alcohol, la presencia de \u201ctrapitos\u201d en sem\u00e1foros y el control del tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rodr\u00edguez fue enf\u00e1tico al se\u00f1alar que la ra\u00edz del problema de inseguridad tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 vinculada a la desatenci\u00f3n familiar: \u201cEl primero que empieza a educar al ser humano es el padre y la madre en la casa. Esa educaci\u00f3n es la que llevamos toda la vida\u201d. Asegur\u00f3 que la ausencia de contenci\u00f3n familiar puede llevar a los j\u00f3venes a consumir sustancias prohibidas, derivando en delitos como robos o hurtos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales llamados del Secretario del Gobierno de la Municipalidad fue a insistir en hacer la denuncia: \u201cMucha gente por ah\u00ed no lo hace por no perder el tiempo, pero la polic\u00eda necesita denuncias para ponerse a trabajar\u201d, advirti\u00f3, en respuesta a los reclamos de los vecinos sobre la falta de respuesta policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 al control de alcoholemia y la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes viales: \u201cSi consumimos bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas no tenemos que salir a conducir\u201d, pidi\u00f3 a la comunidad. Inform\u00f3 que ya se ha solicitado mayor control en este sentido, especialmente durante los fines de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto a la presencia de limpiavidrios informales, Rodr\u00edguez anunci\u00f3 acciones concretas. \u201cLa ordenanza no permite la permanencia de gente en esos lugares, no es una actividad laboral autorizada ni permitida\u201d, explic\u00f3. Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3, estas personas a veces \u201cpresionan a los conductores o generan inconvenientes en el tr\u00e1nsito\u201d, por lo que se articular\u00e1 con la polic\u00eda para informarles sobre la normativa y colaborar en su reinserci\u00f3n o retorno a sus lugares de origen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el Rodriguez hizo un llamado a la responsabilidad de los padres, especialmente sobre la presencia de menores en las plazas sin supervisi\u00f3n: \u201cHacemos hincapi\u00e9 en que los padres tienen que atender esta situaci\u00f3n, porque la educaci\u00f3n y los valores nacen en el hogar\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rodr\u00edguez cerr\u00f3 con un mensaje de tranquilidad: \u201cEstamos trabajando.
