El Decreto 424\/2025 deja sin efecto la creaci\u00f3n de un fondo especial de $200.000 millones para asistencia y reconstrucci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> El Poder Ejecutivo justific\u00f3 el veto asegurando que las medidas propuestas ya hab\u00edan sido implementadas mediante del Decreto 238\/25.
