La receta original surgi\u00f3 del gusto de su propio hijo, quien inspir\u00f3 la b\u00fasqueda del sabor perfecto. Incluso, el pan de papa, una opci\u00f3n popular en la zona, fue reemplazado por un pan m\u00e1s acorde al gusto familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00e9xito de las hamburguesas de Pizzeria Belgrano radica en varios factores. El tama\u00f1o de las medallones es un punto clave, seg\u00fan G\u00f3mez: \u00abLas medallones son bastante grandes, la gente pide que la aumentemos m\u00e1s de una, hay gente que pide con cuatro medallones\u00bb. La combinaci\u00f3n de ingredientes tambi\u00e9n es crucial, con opciones que incluyen cheddar, queso cremoso, panceta y cebolla caramelizada, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a las bebidas para acompa\u00f1ar, Neko G\u00f3mez recomienda una cl\u00e1sica Coca Cola de vidrio: \u00abUna gaseosita de vidrio entra como pi\u00f1a\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f3mez agradeci\u00f3 a su familia, su equipo y a todos los que han contribuido al \u00e9xito de Pizzeria Belgrano en estos seis a\u00f1os.
