Entre los problemas m\u00e1s denunciados aparecen la falta de equipos para realizar estudios de laboratorio, las demoras en la atenci\u00f3n de urgencias y la necesidad de recurrir al sector privado para completar diagn\u00f3sticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recientemente, una familia que acudi\u00f3 con su beb\u00e9 para realizarle un estudio no pudo concretarlo por la falta de un aparato espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A esto se suman las esperas de madres con sus hijos en el servicio de urgencias. La presencia de un cartel que anuncia atenci\u00f3n las 24 horas contrasta con los reclamos por las demoras que se registran en determinadas ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equipamiento y atenci\u00f3n bajo la lupa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La disponibilidad de equipos es una cuesti\u00f3n central para garantizar diagn\u00f3sticos oportunos. Cuando un estudio no puede realizarse en el hospital, los pacientes deben buscar alternativas, con el costo y las complicaciones que eso puede representar para muchas familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n existen denuncias por el trato recibido en algunas salitas, donde, seg\u00fan los reclamos, los pacientes no solo encuentran dificultades para conseguir atenci\u00f3n, sino que adem\u00e1s reciben respuestas inadecuadas cuando buscan una soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una embarazada denunci\u00f3 maltrato en la salita de F\u00e1tima<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A los cuestionamientos por el funcionamiento de los servicios de salud se suma una denuncia por el trato recibido en la salita de F\u00e1tima, en barrio La Paz. Una mujer embarazada hizo p\u00fablica su experiencia en redes sociales y relat\u00f3 que fue atendida de manera hostil por una recepcionista, con respuestas que describi\u00f3 como sarc\u00e1sticas y burlonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan su relato, decidi\u00f3 retirarse sin hacer esc\u00e1ndalo y dej\u00f3 pendiente un turno que ya ten\u00eda agendado. Su pareja regres\u00f3 posteriormente para asentar una queja en el libro correspondiente y tambi\u00e9n se comunic\u00f3 con el Ministerio de Salud de Jujuy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mujer asegur\u00f3 que, tras el reclamo, la coordinadora del establecimiento se comunic\u00f3 con ella de manera cordial y la jefa de la instituci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n la llam\u00f3 para pedirle disculpas y garantizarle que una situaci\u00f3n similar no volver\u00eda a ocurrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, el conflicto tuvo otro cap\u00edtulo. La denunciante cont\u00f3 que, al regresar a la salita junto a su madre, esta intent\u00f3 hablar respetuosamente con la recepcionista para pedirle mayor empat\u00eda. Seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n, la trabajadora neg\u00f3 los hechos, la calific\u00f3 de \u201cmentirosa\u201d y sostuvo que no ten\u00eda por qu\u00e9 tratar bien a las personas ni tener empat\u00eda con ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSi yo, siendo una mujer adulta, me sent\u00ed vulnerable, no quiero imaginar c\u00f3mo puede sentirse una chica mucho m\u00e1s joven y embarazada, una persona mayor o alguien que no sabe c\u00f3mo manejarse dentro del sistema de salud\u201d, expres\u00f3 la mujer al explicar por qu\u00e9 decidi\u00f3 hacer p\u00fablica la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La denunciante tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 haber presenciado anteriormente dificultades en el trato hacia adultos mayores y problemas para conseguir turnos.
