{"id":4297,"date":"2026-09-03T19:57:54","date_gmt":"2026-09-03T22:57:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/?p=4297"},"modified":"2026-09-03T19:57:55","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T22:57:55","slug":"remy-los-funcionarios-de-educacion-justificaron-la-violacion-de-leyes-nacionales-para-atacar-el-derecho-a-huelga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/index.php\/2026\/09\/03\/remy-los-funcionarios-de-educacion-justificaron-la-violacion-de-leyes-nacionales-para-atacar-el-derecho-a-huelga\/","title":{"rendered":"Remy: \u201cLos funcionarios de Educaci\u00f3n justificaron la violaci\u00f3n de leyes nacionales para atacar el derecho a huelga\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Este martes, la Ministra de Educaci\u00f3n Daniela Tesseira y su equipo ministerial fueron recibidos en la Comisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n de la Legislatura para dar explicaciones sobre la publicaci\u00f3n en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del listado de docentes con asteriscos en el LUOM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La citaci\u00f3n se produjo luego de que el sindicato CEDEMS expusiera su preocupaci\u00f3n y malestar por la exhibici\u00f3n de datos personales de 1981 docentes, en plena medida de fuerza, sin notificaci\u00f3n previa, lo que vulnera el debido proceso y las leyes nacionales de protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al respecto el diputado del PTS-FITU, Gast\u00f3n Remy, cuestion\u00f3 duramente la exposici\u00f3n de la Ministra y sus funcionarios: \u201cFue vergonzosa la actuaci\u00f3n de los funcionarios que intentaron justificar la publicaci\u00f3n ilegal de un listado de casi 2000 profesoras y profesores, diciendo que no ten\u00edan como notificarlos\u201d. Y se pregunt\u00f3, \u00ab\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede ser que el Ministerio con el avance de la tecnolog\u00eda y la informaci\u00f3n que disponen del personal docente no tenga otros medios para notificarlos?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abHasta qu\u00e9 punto los funcionarios se manejan en la ilegalidad que llegaron a desconocer el efecto superior de la Ley nacional N\u00ba25326 de protecci\u00f3n de datos personales por sobre disposiciones provinciales, como si Jujuy estuviese en otro pa\u00eds\u201d, sostuvo Remy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el diputado se trat\u00f3 claramente de \u201cuna maniobra pol\u00edtica para atacar la protesta y disciplinar a la docencia en su segunda semana de medidas de fuerza\u201d. Y agreg\u00f3 que la medida \u201cratifica un rumbo de amenaza contra la docencia\u201d, se\u00f1alando que comenz\u00f3 el gobierno a trav\u00e9s del vocero oficial y luego se utiliz\u00f3 la publicaci\u00f3n del listado como herramienta para debilitar las medidas de fuerza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el diputado Alejandro Vilca advirti\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n \u201cpreocupa mucho a la docencia porque el Ministerio viol\u00f3 la confidencialidad y las garant\u00edas constitucionales de leg\u00edtima defensa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vilca manifest\u00f3 que desde el PTS-FITU tambi\u00e9n le preguntaron a la Ministra por los aumentos salariales, de ella y sus funcionarios, en medio de una lucha docente por sueldos justos porque los actuales no cubren la canasta b\u00e1sica familiar, lo que gener\u00f3 malestar en la Ministra durante la reuni\u00f3n que explic\u00f3 que se trataba de conceptos salariales atrasados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como conclusi\u00f3n el diputado Gast\u00f3n Remy subray\u00f3, \u201cla docencia no debe dejarse amedrentar, por eso es fundamental la organizaci\u00f3n y la defensa de nuestros derechos, como lo har\u00e1 la Lista Multicolor en las elecciones de CTERA este 2 de septiembre que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 enfrentando maniobras del gobierno.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, desde el PTS-FITU se convoc\u00f3 a participar de la Gran Marcha de la Bronca del 19 de septiembre, con el objetivo de que la voz docente y de los trabajadores en general, se escuche fuerte contra la persecuci\u00f3n y por salarios y condiciones dignas.
