El crecimiento se extendi\u00f3 a las cuatro regiones tur\u00edsticas y gener\u00f3 un fuerte impacto en las econom\u00edas locales del interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El turismo volvi\u00f3 a convertirse en uno de los motores de la econom\u00eda juje\u00f1a durante agosto. Con 139.585 turistas, 423.346 pernoctes y un impacto econ\u00f3mico de $52.322 millones, la provincia registr\u00f3 su mejor agosto de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, con resultados que alcanzaron a las distintas regiones y localidades del interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con los datos del Observatorio Tur\u00edstico, la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera provincial lleg\u00f3 al 63,56%, superando ampliamente el 54,03% registrado en agosto de 2025 y el 51,12% de 2024. Esto representa una mejora de 9,53 puntos porcentuales en un a\u00f1o y de 12,44 puntos en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El crecimiento no se limit\u00f3 a la cantidad de visitantes. Tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 la permanencia de quienes eligieron Jujuy como destino, con una estad\u00eda promedio de 3,03 d\u00edas, frente a los 2,95 d\u00edas de 2025 y los 2,91 de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s visitantes y m\u00e1s movimiento para las localidades del interior<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El incremento de turistas tuvo un efecto directo sobre la actividad econ\u00f3mica vinculada al sector. En agosto de 2026 llegaron 19,5% m\u00e1s visitantes que en el mismo mes de 2025 y 23,7% m\u00e1s que en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los 423.346 pernoctes registrados significaron, adem\u00e1s, un crecimiento del 22,8% interanual y del 30,5% respecto de agosto de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para las localidades del interior, estos n\u00fameros representan mayor movimiento en hoteles y alojamientos, restaurantes, comercios, emprendimientos, excursiones, transporte y distintos servicios vinculados con la actividad tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dato econ\u00f3mico resulta todav\u00eda m\u00e1s significativo: el turismo gener\u00f3 durante agosto $52.322.843.683, frente a los $34.278.247.311 de 2025 y los $23.799.430.442 de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto implica un crecimiento del 52,6% en un a\u00f1o y de casi 120% en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 considerablemente el gasto diario promedio por visitante, que alcanz\u00f3 los $148.860, frente a los $99.454 de 2025 y los $72.560 de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las cuatro regiones tur\u00edsticas crecieron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El desempe\u00f1o positivo alcanz\u00f3 a las cuatro regiones tur\u00edsticas de Jujuy, mostrando que el movimiento no qued\u00f3 concentrado exclusivamente en los destinos m\u00e1s tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los Valles registraron una ocupaci\u00f3n del 68,86%, muy por encima del 47,62% de agosto de 2025 y del 44,42% de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En La Quebrada, la ocupaci\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 el 67,14%, superando el 65,71% del a\u00f1o pasado y el 61,05% de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Yungas tambi\u00e9n mostraron una evoluci\u00f3n favorable, con una ocupaci\u00f3n del 46,30%, frente al 39,46% de 2025 y al 43,39% de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, la Puna lleg\u00f3 al 35,65%, registrando una mejora importante respecto del 23,53% de 2025 y del 24,90% de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los resultados muestran as\u00ed un escenario favorable para distintas localidades del interior, donde la actividad tur\u00edstica constituye una fuente importante de movimiento econ\u00f3mico y generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades para prestadores y emprendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jujuy busca sostener el crecimiento tur\u00edstico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro de Cultura y Turismo, Federico Posadas, destac\u00f3 los resultados alcanzados y plante\u00f3 el desaf\u00edo de mantener esta tendencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstos n\u00fameros confirman que Jujuy se consolida como destino elegido\u201d, afirm\u00f3, al tiempo que remarc\u00f3 la necesidad de continuar trabajando junto al sector privado para \u201ccuidar y potenciar este crecimiento tur\u00edstico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El balance de agosto deja de esta manera una se\u00f1al positiva para Jujuy: m\u00e1s turistas, mayor permanencia, mayor gasto y crecimiento en las cuatro regiones, un escenario que puede traducirse en m\u00e1s actividad para los sectores vinculados al turismo y en nuevas oportunidades para las comunidades del interior de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"485\" src=\"http:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FB_IMG_1788475042413.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" srcset=\"http:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FB_IMG_1788475042413.jpg 819w, http:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FB_IMG_1788475042413-300x178.jpg 300w, http:\/\/pericohoy.com.ar\/wp2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FB_IMG_1788475042413-768x455.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jujuy cerr\u00f3 agosto con su mejor desempe\u00f1o tur\u00edstico de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os: llegaron 139.585 visitantes, se registraron m\u00e1s de 423 mil pernoctes y la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera alcanz\u00f3 el 63,56%.
